What is the device you have plugged in at 4:40? Looks like a serial connector but what is the white/blue box?

How many users are supported PA 220 model?

I wouldn't recommend it for home use. First it's quite expensive and second if you're lucky enough to have fast internet this will cap your speed.
Personally I'd start with Pfsense for home use. It's a free software based firewall solution. If you have any spare computer with two network ports, you can have it up and running in just a few minutes. There's a great community for it online that help out if you get stuck.
