I used to live in the Glebe and I loved the neighborhood so much i walked for hours🥲I don't live in Canada anymore but I come to this channel whenever I just wanna fly over there :) Thank you so much for your work! This is beautiful✨
I really needed to hear that today, so thank you, very much. I'm truly glad you enjoyed the video. I'll be sure to capture the Glebe more in the future, it really does have such a charm to it. ❤️
Yes I remember how different it was when I was a kid, and how exciting having the Super X there was! There's still lots of fun to find but it feels all a bit more low key these days. Glad they kept the Pavillion though!
I grew up in Ottawa but moved to the States in 1967..it would have been nice if you had showed the street signs or indicated where you were walking. Would have made it more enjoyable. So much has changed since I left.
That's actually something I implemented into my videos shortly after making this one, so it's nice to hear people appreciate that sort of detail. Thanks for your feedback I appreciate it!
What is the Ottawa neighborhood with the highest walkscore ( 98 or above ) i do not drive anymore ,love walking to stores ect ,take transit occasionally and no need to commute anywhere 😊
Nothing in Ottawa has that high of a score I'm afraid. Searching Google it tells me Hintinburg and Centertown have the highest scores of 90. Centertown is fairly central to the hustle and bustle of the city but Hintonburg is a great neighbourhood - trendy, lots of nice shops and main roads connecting to residential avenues, good transit and fun to wander around. Picaresque old residences spliced into modern amenities it's quite lovely. I have a Hintonburg Walk on my channel if you're interested! 😊
Lol well it's a quiet neighbourhood on a quiet day. If you look you can find many areas of the city that are relatively peaceful - it's not too big. The more downtown tourist and shopping areas can always get quite crowded.
I grew up on Monkland. This is great.
I'm glad you liked it!

It's a beautiful part of town any time of year. Thanks for checking it out and I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Great video love the Glebe
Yeah it's wonderful. Looking forward to filming there some more.
I can’t get over how Landsdowne Park has changed! I’m out of town now, but it would make a nice day trip to check out the Glebe.

Why the city IS so empty

On dirait une ville européenne elle a pas un style américain comme Washington ou bien Boston une ville en retard
