My boyfriend works in the oilfield and is away for 2 weeks at a time. I've been making him frozen meals for a couple years now, but his have to be fully cooked and popped in a microwave. I came across your channel for new ideas because I have fed that poor man lasagna way too many times 😂😂😂
Lots more variety here! You should check out our meals for one and two. There are many that can just be microwaved! th-cam.com/play/PL0HOtnw6h2BlRtMn8pJs7K0gk4uXsj1oD.html&si=U6JegarLIBigOHMo
New sub❤ it’s the first video I watch from you and I love how informational and genuine you are with your little tips and tricks! I learned so much with just one video I’m looking forward to some more so I’m glad there’s more videos for me to binge watch😂 I also can’t wait to try your freezer meals!! Thank you for sharing the knowledge.
Yay! I love all these vegetarian recipes!! I’m splitting these in smaller bags since it’s just my boyfriend and I. Also I already know i’m going to love these recipes, they’re all very similar to how I cook. Thank y’all for all the videos recently, it’s super motivating and I feel like I already have a years worth of meal plans
I made your tortellini sausage pasta with kielbasa and one bag had red sauce and one had Alfredo. Into the freezer they went. Making my frozen Mississippi chicken tomorrow from frozen and putting in instant pot for the win!
Hello ladies!! I am loving your content and personalities! I was wondering if you take video requests? Basically… I am pregnant with my first child and due in March. I would love to find some freezer recipes (snacks, dinners, etc.) that are easy on the 3rd trimester fatigue and have good nutrition/balance for when I’d be eating this food right after birth/postpartum. I’m wanting to do some work ahead of time so that I can stay ahead of the appetite in a healthy way. So! If you have any ideas or already have a video for “new mom freezer meals” I would be interested in seeing! Even if you compiled recipes you already posted into one video! Those spinach quesadillas look great! 🎉 Happy new year!
I believe they made one for when one of Sharla's daughters was preparing to give birth to her first child - I believe the title is something like "prepping freezer meals for baby!"
Congratulations! Having meals made ahead for after the baby (and for those exhausting last weeks of pregnancy) is a game changer. I did some meals with my daughter before her baby was born, so there is a video of that, but it's not a good example of "healthy" because she is the pickiest eater ever 😂 You can find that here: th-cam.com/video/UNPxUz-bRE8/w-d-xo.html I would say your best bet is to poke around our videos a bit and see what jumps out at you. We have a playlist of videos that are specifically for one or two people and those are a treasure trove because we often share snacks, breakfast ideas, and individual or two portion meals that are great for lunches or dinners. You can find those here: th-cam.com/play/PL0HOtnw6h2BlRtMn8pJs7K0gk4uXsj1oD.html Congratulations again on your upcoming arrival! That's so exciting!
I'm so happy i watched this one. I had some fresh sweet potatoes that i needed to use and that soup is perfect. I just mixed it in a bag and tossed into my freezer. Will be good for busy weekend dinner here in cold Michigan
Hi Im new here! Would like to know how you ladies divide the finacial costs of sharing the food that you cook? Does one person do the shopping, and then you split the bill? Or do you each divide the list and shop separately?
I got it in a cute little store in Edmonton Alberta called When Pigs Fly. It's one of those stores that has a little bit of everything. The tag on it says Allen Designs. I hope that helps!
I don't really understand. I want to do these but how do you defrost/cook them afterwards? Do you just dump all the ingredients together in a slowcooker to cook them?
If you look in the description box of the video, you'll find links to the recipes that include the full cooking instructions. Some of these cook up in the skillet, some in the oven on a sheet pan, others can be in the slow cooker or on the stovetop. They're super easy to cook up.
Hi Marie, we are definitely not your people! The good news is that there are over one hundred million TH-cam channels to choose from so I’m sure you’ll find one that’s right for you! Here, encouragement, positivity, and community come first.

“Because again with the dishes!” 😂😂
My kind of gals!
Good evening girls. I love your healthy recipes. Would just like to know if you have any keto freezer meal recipes please.
Sharla here: We have lots of low carb recipes and some specifically Keto. My husband periodically "goes Keto" so I have to create things he can eat 😂
Don't you have a video on Keto recipes?
Actually we do have a Keto video... th-cam.com/video/0HxRT347giQ/w-d-xo.html Thanks for the reminder!
Lovely
I love that apron!! I want one.
Isn't it the best?!
@@FreezerMeals101 It really is! Where can it be found-- or did you make it?

I would love to join your club, but I’m in 🇦🇺and live alone ❤
Lettuce wraps are good with peanuts instead of cashews if someone wants a more frugal version.
That's a great point! Thank you Heather for sharing that.

😋👍
To make the ground chicken taste better, I mix with ground beef 1:1 squish them around before cooking to homogenize.
I like that idea! Great tip!
