So glad you realize that all different people watch. I found you but felt perfectly comfortable adapting your recipies for number of people. Then I lost you somehow. I like that I can do things ahead and freeze and contribute somewhat to family ocassions, as now I have gotten older. Easy to make things on good days. TY girls.
I saved this to Fav.s before I even watched it! Wanna know why? Because Sharla talked about wanting to do a big "Sheet Pan Freezer Meal Video" a while back (my ears perked up) because I knew this was going to be a really good one! And it is! Yum!! Warm any leftovers in the Air Fryer! Yes please! The FM ideas never end!
The sriracha chickpea cauliflower sheet pan is amazing! ❤ Love your club! In your recent live I loved when people were saying that they don’t like chickpeas and you suggested cubed chicken, because my mind is saying ohhh all the cubed chicken meals I could just use chickpeas! Genius 😊 Love how flexible all your meals are, the huge variety and all your options and suggestions 😊
Thank you for sharing all your recipes and videos with us . I have a membership to the club and I highly recommend it . I really enjoy how real and personable you both are and your friendship is amazing and fresh to watch . Keep up the good work and continue to make up new freezer recipes for everyone to enjoy ! Blessings 💕
Aw, thanks Becky! We're so glad to have you in the Club! We enjoy what we do and we genuinely like each other so it's nice to know that comes through in the videos. :)
a lot of your ideas are great love watching you loved making your meals along with our favorites. wish I could do your meals like I used to make so many of them was surprised made a potato chopped chicken casserole with creamy sauce on my turn to cook and my daughter liked it. made it with oat milk because some people in the family I'm living with has dairy problems.
Thank you ladies for sharing all your recipes! And for the free sheet pan cooking class! All the recipes look delish! I will be trying the gnocchi recipe from your video. Do you think frozen cauliflower gnocchi will work?
Just made the recipe with trader joes cauliflower gnocchi. it went straight to the over (never made it to the freezer lol). Not recommended to add the cauliflower gnocchi in the sheet pan. Recommend cooking the gnocchi in airfryer and then add it together after sheet pan ingredients cooked. But otherwise it was yummy 😋
Really enjoyed this video! My neighbour and I will be joining the club after we finish taste testing a few of the meals. So far we have enjoyed them! For the Steak Fajitas and the Beef & Broccoli, is there a particular type of beef strip that lends itself well to baking? I tried using stir fry strips and they came out overcooked. Perhaps I should stir fry the meat separately or put in the air fryer...?
I love the Cajun sausage sheet pan recipe and I live alone and have made this recipe a lot. I just freeze smaller amounts in a quart size bag. It works perfect for me.
Curious about beef and broccoli if you could have the sauce in one bag then staple to the beef & veggies so you don’t have to separate or does it need to marinade in it? I do an orange chicken recipe and freeze the sauce in one bag and then put the chicken and corn starch in another bag so wasn’t sure if it could be done same way?
🥁 🥁 🥁 (Christie asked for it) I WILL do my next prep session weekend after next (only because this coming weekend is Easter). I have both Mediterranean chicken sheet pan and the Greek chicken sheet pan on the list. We LOVE Mediterranean CSP but I want to compare with the Greek CSP. Pretty close to same ingredients.
Excellent! 🥁 They are similar but not the same. I personally prefer the Mediterranean and Sharla might prefer the Greek if I remember correctly but they're both good. Enjoy!
Have you thought about putting stickers on both bags of a single recipe so if their staples do separate in the freezer you know what it belongs too !!!!
You totally could! It's not as big of a problem as you might expect but it would save the hassle later on if they get separated. lol It would require planning in advance to print the extra label. I would also work to just have a sharpie handy, and label the smaller bag. Great idea!
I like watching your videos but I don’t like that you can’t access any recipes without paying. Being disabled and on a fixed income I just can’t justify spending money on recipes.
They basically give you the entire recipe in the video, so you can just note it down while watching. Yes they don't always give exact amounts for seasonings and sauces but you can see when they use 2tablespoons of something and most seasonings and sauces are to taste anyway. Living on a fixed income is difficult and also being disabled too, I'm in the same boat, however they are a business and need to have ways to monetize to be able to support themselves and their families and to be able to produce themselves amazing FREE videos for US to get ideas on what to cook and make life easier. You can gain inspiration for free, how to make an easy, low prep food and how to batch cook and can adjust the meals to your own palette!😊
We link our recipes in the description down below the video. Some of our recipes are in the Freezer Meals 101 Club but they eventually get to the free site. One of the perks of being a Club member is early access. I hope that makes sense. You can find our recipes at freezermeals101.com. ☺️
Hi sharla have you heard of clear gel? It’s a modified food starch typically used in canned pie fillings. There’s an instant and a cook type version. You can sub cleargel 1:1 for cornstarch or flour. And best of all cleargel is freezer stable and WILL NOT break down while freezing, thawing or reheating
That is really cool! I've never heard of that. I just had a look and see that we can buy it in Walmart here in Canada. Maybe we'll have to do some testing! That could make things much easier! Thanks so much for the tip!
@@FreezerMeals101 you’re welcome! It will definitely help solve any issues when it comes to thickening sauces or gravies and adapting them for freezer cooking. I’ve had a lot of success using it in all kinds of recipes.. even cookies and cakes to help the texture as well

Thank you for your inspiration💗 And Sharla’s right. Christie- you can cry if you want to!! … I hear a song coming on 💃🏼💃🏼 Love you both💕
Sometimes I cry even if I DON'T want to. Haha. And that's ok too. Have great day!

Thank you!!! Hahahaha! I knew you'd come through!
You two are having way too much fun for this to be work...
We feel that way too! I wish everyone were so lucky! 🍀
❤❤ Portobello mushroom fajitas. Try this. It works. ❤❤
That sounds like a super tasty idea! Thanks.

Ooh! We haven't tried it but give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Christie here. I often separate the meat out and cook it separately so it doesn't overcook. Air fryer would work too!
Love making balsamic reduction. If you add some brown sugar to the balsamic it will make an amazing drizzle for roasted or fresh strawberries.
Yum! Yes!
I love the Cajun sausage sheet pan recipe and I live alone and have made this recipe a lot. I just freeze smaller amounts in a quart size bag. It works perfect for me.
It's such a good one, eh? It would size down for individual servings really well! Great idea! We're so glad you like it.
Great video as always. Thank you. Anything besides rosemary for the pork loin..I can’t do rosemary
Thanks! (You could substitute sage or thyme for the rosemary)

Have you experimented ted with any bell pepper substitutions I am allergic :)
Aw shoot! I think you'll just have to omit them. :( There are lots of veggies though - maybe try something super crunchy and fresh like sliced jicama?

Chrissy I cried with you in February I lost my mom and it was freezer meals for a couple weeks straight
Sorry about the loss of your mom. I'm glad you have freezer meals when it's so tough. Hugs. ♥️
Can I put the pine apple went I do the prep ?
I don't see why not. We have other freezer meals where we freeze the pineapple. Go for it.
A label on all the bags in the meal would help if the bags get separated. Even if the label just says whats in it or what it goes with ❤
Yes, or a sharpie. ☺️
