Hey Epic Nate, Here's a tiny detail I haven't seen you mention; It's possible to encounter Red Guard women or women of Red Guard/Nord mixed heritage who are native to Skyrim and see people from Hammerfell as outsiders. If you haven't started the quest "In My Time of Need" (or possibly if you have started it but haven't completed it) you might encounter three redguard out in the wilds of Skyrim. Two of the people are Red Guards from Hammerfell being chastised by a plain clothed woman, whom they respond to with stern words. If you approach the woman she'll scoff and say "Foreigners... can you believe 'em!" If you inquire about the incident she'll tell you that they mistook her for someone else and were quite rude about it. Talk to the two men from Hammerfell and they'll tell you that they're searching for a woman named Saadia. While they're certain that she's hiding in Whiterun, they're searching the country side just to be on the safe side. The first time I had this encounter, the red guard woman had bright blonde hair in dread locks and braids, which suggest that her mother and father were a nord and a redguard or vice versa. After taking some screenshots and having my game crash (my PC can't run too hot for too long) I was delighted to find that I'd quick saved just before the encounter. While the woman wasn't in the same spot, a few mintues (or perhaps hours) later, I ran across the scene again, with a different looking Red Guard woman, who had the same dialog and reaction. Aside from being a further interesting wrinkle in the question of whom is lying between Saadia and her pursuers, it demonstrates an fascinating "in group/out group" world view amongst people born native to Skyrim who aren't full blooded Nords. Hearing redguard women casually refer to Hammerfellians... Hammerfellese? Hammerfellinise? Hearing redguard women refer to people from Hammerfell as "foreigners" in such a casual manner provides a unique look at how national identity can supercede racial or ethnic identity in the mindset of people. Also, if you'd like, I can send along the screen shots of the Blonde Redguard woman.

Uhh, Nate? The house in Markarth is actually under the contro/influence of the Daedric Lord, Molag Bal. This is especially made clear by the mace you're given upon completion, which is literally called the "Mace Of Molag Bal".
@NelothsTeaSis Still, I'm with @The Thinking Man. I've played that quest a bunch of times.... Probably as many as Nate claims he also has, and I knew immediately, the moment he didn't say Molag Bal, that he was wrong. I'm wondering if he's ever really _played_ the level himself....
Just discovered the second part of this one: Pick up the Black Briar mead in the bear cave during Unbound and you can go straight to Falkreath and talk to the Jarl to ask for work. He'll demand a bottle of Black Briar, which you can immediately give him. The Jarl is now impressed and he'll start you on the Lakeview Manor and Thane of Falkreath quests (great for getting Raaya at low-level.) However, if you give him the mead and get his bandit quest before level 9 but don't do it, you'll still get the "moving up in the world" courier. Go to Falkreath and tell the Jarl you received his letter, and he'll say something to the effect of "Oh, I didn't realize you were the same person. Anyway, I still need those bandits taken care of. Off you go."
Oh yes, the House is hunted by Mehrunes Dagon, also known for his daedric artifact The Mace of Mehrunes Dagon. And the other guy with Molag Bals Razor. I think you missed somerhing ;D

Hey Nate, I had to stop in my Breezehome in Whiterun earlier, and I went to check on Lydia, (also a vampire so free blood is always a plus), anyway, I noticed a sack under the foot of her bed and thought, "ooooh what do we have here??? P.s. don't use the kitchen cooking pot, I saw her using it earlier and shuttered at the thought...

Nate, there's a giant ruby in a barrow I've forgotten the name, besides you can point out that ore veins can be mined by hitting them with the pickaxe (even during middle combat), you can clear the map with the Clear Skies shout and there's a chance the Diadem of the Savant simply spawns on top of a chopped wood piece near Froki's Shack.
Now I'm gonna feel even worse when I take Molag Bal's awesome mace... Awesome detail #391? Mehrunes Dagon doesn't have a mace in Skyrim :P Love your videos though - keep it up.
Hey Nate in the quest where Astrid kidnaps you and take the abandoned shack and tells you to kill one of the three people you can use clairvoyance and reveals the true target
Hey, Nate! I have a tiny detail for you, if you’re interested. I don’t think you have covered it before. After finishing The Chief of Thirsk Hall quest, during which you help a group of rieklings that live in Thirsk Mead Hall and become their chief, as a reward you will get some of those rieklings as followers. They will appear near you during every combat on Solstheim and help you fight. They appear only on Solstheim and I have never seen them on the mainland. But !!! If you happen to go to Blackreach and get in fight with someone your riekling friends will appear there. In Blackreach!!! How?! Is Blackreach somehow connected to Solstheim? Can you even get from Solstheim to Blackreach?! I don’t know, maybe it was just a glitch. But it was quite fascinating to see little blue munchkins there + very fun to watch them fight with falmer.
I don't know if this one has been done already but during skyrims civil war quest line when you are to take the pale one mission you're given is to assassinate a courier of the other side to get their documents then take them to either rikke or galmar to give them false orders but when you take those forged documents to the opposing side if you have on something aside from that factions armor (like if you approach the stormcloak commander while not wearing stormcloak armor) they'll ask you why you're not dressed for the army but if you disguise yourself as a stormcloak/ imperial respectively they won't even mention it
One thing I learned about the Villagers and Guards Grouping around a Dragon Skeleton is if you cast any Raise Zombie style spell it will fail but send the corpse flying and rag-dolling away and the gawkers running after. It's one of my favorite things to do and caused me to laugh way too long the first time I found it.
Part of me really wants an Elder Scrolls VI asap but another part of me wants Bethesda to take their time and cram it with as many (if not more) details.

I don’t know if this had been covered yet (haven’t watched every video in this “series” yet). Anywho there is some unique dialogue with Durnehviir in the soul carin IF you haven’t learned a single shout yet and have not awoken the dragons yet. Easiest way to do this is to never speak with Balgruuf about the dragon attack. No dragons will spawn no matter how long you run around in Skyrim and every dragon wall is free to be learned without a dragon fight. My point is there are several unique dialogues to be had throughout Skyrim As a non dragonshouter. Durnehviir being one of these unique dialogues, sensing your power within and hinting at it.
Greetings fellow adventurer of the comment section! This one hopes you are having a great day and if not then allow a moment in time to be taken and enjoy a temporary peace within the havoc. You're not alone, just very far away.
Fun fact (idk if this has been covered or not) In the Civil War questline, there's a quest where you are tasked with sending a forged letter to the opposing faction (e.g. If you're Stormcloak, you are tasked with sending a letter to the Empire). If you are *not wearing* your sided faction's uniform, there's a unique dialogue whereby the NPC would question your refusal to wear their faction's uniform

Uhh, Nate? The house in Markarth is actually under the contro/influence of the Daedric Lord, Molag Bal. This is especially made clear by the mace you're given upon completion, which is literally called the "Mace Of Molag Bal".
I dont think he's actually played it!
I got the mace, but felt bad, and sold it to buy a house.
Vhenan nah he has. It’s one of the larger quests and helps you get to the oblivion walker achievement so I’m sure he has played it.
Molag Baal and Mehrunes Dragon are not really that far off each other.
It's Molag Bal... not Mehrunes Dagon... 7 years playing, man.
Jesus. We’re nearing 40, boys!
Love how he’s self aware of it, too.
“Yet another.”
I absolutely love how this game is seven years old yet there’s still new things to discover. Keep up the good work Nate 👍🏼
When elder scrolls 6 comes out, Nates grandson will have to continue the tiny detail trilogy
I think you mean saga, trilogy implies there is three
Nah man he'll be able to do it. It's coming out in like 2 years
@God oh I'm retarded
not it they they dont update that engine..(cough) (fallout 76) (cough)
SKORCHINBARZMEDIA agreed, that engine needs major performance improvements.
LMAO your sarcasm is on point
;p
If you watched all 39 parts of this series, you just discovered 390 tiny details EpicNate brought.
Wow, nearing the 40th episode and 400 tiny details in Skyrim!!! Now that is impressive Nate!
I like how the same character in the same monologue pronounces 'orchendor' with both soft ch and hard ch
*_What? Mother? Is that your voice I hear? Hmm... No, no... Just my head playing tricks... Foolish Cicero_*
NANI?!
*Cicero...I've come...your the listener*
Oh, my thoroughly endearing and completely adorable Cicero. It was only my voice you heard as we traveled. So please, by all means; continue talking. I could listen to you for hours. 😘
Oh yes, yes, yes! You want me, want me, want me...
I could have sworn I heard something...
I have to admit that exploring the abandoned prison was definitely one of the most fun dungeons I delved into.
You made a mistake Nate. The house was controlled by Molag Bal, hence the legendary item from the quest being the Mace of Molag Bal. Sad about Logrulf though. Helped a guy escape the city, only to be killed by a Daedric Prince
Blessings of the moons upon you, traveller
*stays silent and shows the black hand*
Regarding number 4: Have you never been to a city that was getting attacked by a dragon? Everyone should have noticed that.
Part 39 of times my expectations have *Murdered to Death.*
don't know if you have done it but... i just found a potion of stamina rejuvenation under a bed in liars retreat just past the first room. though it was kind of funny
Who doesn't know the one about the "soul eating" dialog LOL
Ikr. I came looking for this.
When he said Mehrunes Dagon 3 DAMN TIMES I felt that
Correction: The house does not belong to Merunes Dagon, Daedric Prince Of Destruction. It belongs to Molag Bal, Daedric Prince Of Domination. The reward for the quest is even called "Mace of Molag Bal".
It was a mistake
Hey Nate, I had to stop in my Breezehome in Whiterun earlier, and I went to check on Lydia, (also a vampire so free blood is always a plus), anyway, I noticed a sack under the foot of her bed and thought, "ooooh what do we have here??? You sneaking contraband into my home Lydia?" And much to my surprise, it was full of none other than carrots.... Just carrots... Nate, I think we need to have a talk with our friend Lydia because I'm not too sure she is planning on making a stew with those carrots bud...
P.s. don't use the kitchen cooking pot, I saw her using it earlier and shuttered at the thought...
I bet your going...
...monuMENTAL with all these vids?
Im sorry
Edit: also "House of Horrors" quest has the daedric prince Molag Bal, not Mehrunes.
+Sima Reeves Get out. That was too terrible to even be close to *punny,* let alone a *gargantuan* joke.
@@rezahydra
Was it too *punbearable* ? Sorry, i just have a very *large* array of jokes
I was triggered when he said the wrong prince.
Molag bal raped a woman then made hee the first real vampire
@@Fenris2
T r i v i a !
Came to the comments for the Molag Bal comments. Was not disappointed.
Happy early Thanksgiving everyone! Don't forget to find the biggest fattest turkey and murder it to death! And then cook it. Very important not to get these steps mixed up.
A peaceful greeting to you.
COOKIE WOKE and cook it to death
Instructions not clear, cooked a turkish guy alive
Hard to be a Canadian on the internet
Well I would rather not get a turkey filled with fat as getting more meat is better.
"Hey how's it going guys,it's Nate here." at this point, it is ICONIC
I hate to be picky but naaaaaate it’s Molag Bol not Dagon
Molag bal not molag bol
Actually it's Moladict Bolmberbatch
Cool that you mentioned Frost who is well known from my state and wrote a lot of his poetry here. Always interesting to know that local legends are known elsewhere.
"Monumentally sized"
I see you took my advice from last video , Nate...
But...
*_I'm still waiting for "Brobdingnagian" heh._*
Please do this
Quite creative
11:41 Riften guard: “I smell weakness.”
Stalhrim: Mined to death
honestly, i go through phases where i wont play Skyrim and then i watch ONE of these videos and i get reminded how good of a game Skyrim, thank you for the videos Nate. :)
50 tiny details in episode 50
Pleaaeeaaeaeeasssee
Then the total number of details would be 540, and that doesn’t fit.
YEEEEEE
You wanna kill the poor guy?
Top 5 ways to kill a series early** 😭
2:51
Isn't it under the control of Molag Bal NOT mehrunes dagon
Did you know, that there is no point to start new game, when you can start from first save, right before the character creation?
That's actually both interesting and logical, yet something very few people realize.
That's something I learned I could do second time I started a new game.
Lord Shaxx of the Vlka Fenryka Uhh yeah... Figured that out when I manual saved for the first time.
For fenris and the Allfather we endure!!!
That's 1 of the things id say fallout 4 did right. The fact that you could re edit your character after the tutorial was really helpful
I've been watching your videos for a while now and I've never actually played Skyrim before. Every video of yours that I watch, I learn something new from the game 😂
Nate, i got mad respect for ya but, it worries me how often you get things wrong, and for someone whos played this game (im guessing) as long as we have, just how havent you known about some of these obvious details? (Like a crowd of people around a dead dragon in a town)
Not to mention he's starting to repeat a lot of content and confused Molag Bal with Mehrunes Dagon.
Talos's ass, man, I'm still getting through the halfway point of the series and you're uploading part 39!
(very much enjoying the series)
6:39 that abandoned tower looks like a buck tooth face
It is amazing how you keep finding these tiny details in Skyrim! One more episode, and it will be 400 tiny details... Quiet an achievement I would say.
Nate... Nate... The abandoned house was controlled by Molag bal Prince of Domination.. Not Mehrunes dagon Prince of Destruction
These are literally the only videos I make sure to watch each week 😂
Nate, there's a giant ruby in a barrow I've forgotten the name, besides you can point out that ore veins can be mined by hitting them with the pickaxe (even during middle combat), you can clear the map with the Clear Skies shout and there's a chance the Diadem of the Savant simply spawns on top of a chopped wood piece near Froki's Shack.
Good work, if you figured all that out by yourself
The last point is a bug.
Without the Unofficial Patch, the Diadem will spawn on the wood chopping block every time that cell resets.
Have already
I already knew everything
ah yes the mace of mehrunes dagon, and Molag's Razor, my favorite daedric artifacts
Sitting here cringing every time he calls Molag Bal "Mehrunes Dagon"
Jim Jam do you sniff bike seats?
90% of these comments are people pissed that Nate mistook Malag Bal for Merunes Dagon! Obviously he was having a senior moment!! 😆😆😆
Aye Day 21 of No Nut November
Nate: "hey guys and here's another 5 things you missed in the Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim"
Me: shit. Looks like I failed.
I like how nate says “murder to death” when murder already means to kill
Excuse me while I sweep the dirt.
2:15
Now I'm gonna feel even worse when I take Molag Bal's awesome mace... Awesome detail #391? Mehrunes Dagon doesn't have a mace in Skyrim :P Love your videos though - keep it up.
Hey Nate in the quest where Astrid kidnaps you and take the abandoned shack and tells you to kill one of the three people you can use clairvoyance and reveals the true target
TheLegend 27 WHO?!
Majora Poena you
Except for the fact it will show a different target at random.
wait what-
Oh God Nate.... You called Molag Bal as Mehrunes Dagon..... Wrong prince
HEY, how's it goin' Nate, it's guys here.
All my prayers go to that elder scrolls 6 will be this large in detail as well.
I will not tolerate any shorty work.
Funny because Skyrim isn’t as big as it was supposed to be
Part of me really wants an Elder Scrolls VI asap but another part of me wants Bethesda to take their time and cram it with as many (if not more) details.
11:39 don't be ridiculous, I'm on to you Nate. You didn't exist until Skyrim came along. Then, on a quiet, foggy night, TheEpicNate315 appeared in a cloud of smoke (Skyrim Special Edition in hand), and so the world was changed forever.
That is a shrine to Molag Bal, not Dagon.
I think you HAVE covered the sabertooth massacre, but I completely understand the frustration of losing your material and forgetting what you've already covered.
In the house of horrors quest its molag bal not dagon.
Recently started playing the hell out of Skyrim again, after restarting about 50 times (who didn't?) and stumbled upon your channel because I was looking for some Skyrim video's. I must say I really enjoy this content! Keep it up :)
*In a painful, mischievous way, brought to a state of not living*
"mehruine dagon himself" yeah that's molag bal check your lore Nate
Don't be a dick dude. At least he makes these videos at all. Especially with fans like you that treat him like this.
Lol he makes so many mistakes like that, the only reason I keep watching is because I'm well-versed in the lore and can recognize his mistakes
“Check your lore” 😂😂
I love that
Don't be a dick bro, I don't see you taking the time to make these videos.
*gasp* Nate was a fellow theater kid?! I salute you brother for being able to secure that role time and time again.
Greetings fellow adventurer of the comment section! This one hopes you are having a great day and if not then allow a moment in time to be taken and enjoy a temporary peace within the havoc. You're not alone, just very far away.
Fun fact (idk if this has been covered or not)
In the Civil War questline, there's a quest where you are tasked with sending a forged letter to the opposing faction (e.g. If you're Stormcloak, you are tasked with sending a letter to the Empire). If you are *not wearing* your sided faction's uniform, there's a unique dialogue whereby the NPC would question your refusal to wear their faction's uniform
I thought the house in 2 was under control of Molog Bal Mehrunes Dagon has a different quest
Blessings of the moons upon you, traveller.
Strange that the humans was just a skellie but the big kitty cat looked as if it died yesterday and the blood looked to be spilled the same day as they were found
ITS MOLAG BAL! THE DAEDRIC PRINCE OF SCHEMES! NOT THE DAEDRIC LORD OF DESTRUCTION. Mehrunes quest is on the top of a mountain.
Actually he is the daedric god of domination
Give him a break he has been doing for over5 years
Either boethiah or mephala are the daeddric prince of schemes not molag bal or mehrunes Dagon
I am just starting my Skyrim adventure, played it a little a year or so back but I just got a PS4 and Skyrim so I’m so excited by watching this! Looks amazing.
