3 tips to getting that job! Applying with CV ~ Preperation Interview ~ When in your new role

Join me on this vlog as i share with you my journey of applying for a new job, preparing for the interview and then how i plan to execute the mother of all strategies on smashing it within the first few months in my new role. Just because you didn't get it doesn't mean you're not good enough to do that job. Your own value is your own perception of yourself. Don't need validation from anyone else. ...and besides.. You heard the story about the bespoke car and perceived value? A dad tells his son to go to car sellers garage and get a quote for the car he has on his drive. The son comes back and says they would only offer a small amount for the car... the garage advised they said its not worth too much. The father then tells his son to take the car to a specific car convention that was an event on locally. The son comes back and tells his dad that he was getting offers from enthusiasts who loved the car that were 3 / 4 times worth the original offer from the car garage... need i say anymore? ~The example is there to demonstrate that one company may see you in a different value to another. Theres nothing wrong in this, it's just how it is. My ultimate advise, Is prepare, try and move forward.
