I liked the outside. Some parts of inside nice. I thought they wanted the island facing the living room. Purchase price not good 930K.

The house itself and the backyard looks fantastic...however, the location is terrible.. question... is this fake gras in the backyard, around the pool...? Cause this would be absolutley cheap.

That is fake grass, but I think that is common in CA. I assume that is where they are. They don't have water to water lawns.

Cheap yes and no, had a quotation once and it was way more expensive than real grass…

So the flippers had a tiny profit margin

Yes, tiny tiny one. The home doesn't look luxurious, that is why.

@itn0687 As a longtime Tareq El Moussa viewer I was doing the numbers right at the start. And with two of them to share the profit. You just knew they couldn't renovate with a $100k budget. And then that unexpected $20k septic repair. With this location, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms, I feel they overpaid at $930k. However, Tareq sometimes mentioned over the years that just having projects flowing was still a positive for their business - even if they only made $50k profit. Or (shudder) only broke even, or lost money.

Crown molding is "dated" but the gray floors aren't? I'm out at 2:30.

Looks like they changed the floors. She probably didn't want to point out too many negatives at once.

      Those floors were awful. Agreed.

@@L.Spencer My point is calling classic things "dated" is absurd. It's expensive to put in moldings. It gives a room texture, architectural interest and it's classic.
Everything has to be "fashionable" or it's "dated." Nonsense. Over the last few years it was gray everything or it wasn't fashionable. Now that's "dated." It's all a scam to make naive people waste money.
These people can stuff "dated." Decorate your house the way you like.

Very bland design... the only thing unique was the walk way in and that could have been done so much better to create a wow factor... hate fake grass.
