The vase from Vietnam is really beautiful. One day when you will decide to go to Vietnam, there is a factory that making these things: manual work. Very interesting process. I visited the factory 3 years ago and have all the information about the process. This will enrich all your viewers.
💟☮️ Hi JoAnn, thank you for giving me a chance and especially leaving a comment too... i’m glad you like my style and my favorite hobby. I have tripled in size last year since focusing on my own channel but most of all I’m having a lot of fun... Hope to see you around on other videos, thanks again
Hollis Amelia 💙 Hi Hollis, most of the Goodwill’s in my area have slowly switched over to better locations and sometimes building their own from scratch.... Now as far as pricing that comes and goes, but I always manage to find something
I make my own liquid for those lamps be Gere.Use alcohol that 70% and then add a few drops of sent it oil. That way you don’t have to buy oil all the time commercially which can get expensive
💙 I forgot it and I went back to the aisle and someone had already snagged it... well good for them, I don’t know if they got it for resale or for themselves ... But I’m happy for other people as well
💙 morning Paul, actually Me either, I picked up the first one last week , a red one, because I thought it was a fancy perfume bottle, so I learned something new when I looked it up and then the next day I found another one.... I mean they won’t pay the rent but pretty quick and easy Little profit, I would imagine, according to comps 😊
Not so sure about that macrame being from 80’s or 90’s. We used that nylon cord with the ceramic beads in the 70’s. By the early 80’s most of us who follow the craft dujor had started cross stitching and quilting was undergoing another strong revival.
💜 hi Jenny, you could be right I wasn’t that kind of a crafter I was more into making clothing when I was younger... it could’ve been that’s just when I started noticing them, I’ll look into your suggestion before I list them... thank you for watching one of my videos and leaving a comment I appreciate it
OMG! When I heard you mention Monument, I knew you were in the Springs! When I was still in CO, I had a really good thing going on eBay but it tanked when I moved to Austin. I’d give my left kidney to be back up there.
Yvon • Thrifty Rich I haven’t been to Dallas in years, not since I lived in Fort Worth many years ago. Austin is awful; the Goodwill stores are small and not very well stocked. The other thrift stores have some interesting stuff but way too expensive for reselling. You’ve pretty much hit the gold standard in the overall Denver area!
@@kayhenry6293 The bins in the Austin area are good. I go to Texas every winter and the bins are always on my to do list. I love to go to a Hispanic flea market on 35 south of Austin. I hope zkay that you can return to Colorado. One of my favorite states.
💕 Morning cool panda, I really try to make it feel like you’re there with me, I totally don’t care what other shoppers think about me talking to “myself” ... Are use my phone so I don’t have to talk very loud and bother other people
Some good finds, I think the sm.”head vases are eggcups, for soft boiled eggs” And even though the fur covered animals are kinda cute the fur is usually from live rabbits that creep people out…😮 as always thanks for sharing your trip… 🌺
💙 Hi Mary, yes I’ve been posting on Instagram, I forget to use the community tab over here for people who don’t do Instagram and Facebook... But yes as soon as I wrap up family stuff I’m going to do another live haul video... It’s really piling up here of good stuff 🤑 And I’ve been working on plans for a Thrifting challenge, I’m making the promo material and I put a call out for name suggestions and chose a great one, and I will probably announce that in a couple weeks
💚 hi Janice, are usually have pretty good luck in my area... Thank you for watching and extra thank you for leaving a comment, I appreciate the support and the interaction
💙 i’ve been doing it so long from this place consistently that I know what day to go before the trash pick up and when they have restocked... The little plastic bags they pull off of the clothing make it in from their wholesale and the hangers they put in separate bags and never mix it with their other store trash, it is always super clean I use it as packing material
💙 Hi Ann, it’s actually Summit Collection.. they have been around for a while, this particular piece is actually from 2010.... But I love the antique look of it, stuff from this company has a fair enough ReSeller value actually even if it is more recently made.... One of these just sold on eBay for about $35
🤣🤣🤣🤣💕💕 I have to be careful with the mermaids... I do not want to start another collection ... as you know there are still about 300 of them over at my Mother’s house from the 80s and 90s
💛 hi Pam, are you talking about that little tiny clown that someone decorated with sequins? I actually almost bought that one because I knew I wouldn’t make much money but there was something about it that was sweet, unlike most clowns that I see at the thrift store anyways 🤣
💚 Pam do you mean the little mustache man and woman cups, if so I put them back because most of the paint was coming off.... but when I was looking up comps I saw several on eBay
💕💕 I think that one had some cold painting coming off of it Danni... Plus on your next video you’re gonna have to show us the difference between a turtle and a tortoise 🤣🤣🤣
💚 you know when I was editing this video I thought to myself you really should’ve took more time to figure out what that was... I went back to that thrift store today and I was gonna go ahead and get it if it was still there but someone had loved it enough to drop 15... or was smarter than me and knew it was worth some money🤣🤣
That was a french bulldog , very popular breed these days sorry to say . I say that because then you get a lot of bad breeding by people who are only in it for the money .
