I promise you that I and my family would take those measures to protect urself against sunburn. This is a small way that when I say I and my family it just simplifies we respect u and ur words. And I do recommend Aloe Vera which is awesome for sunburn and tan.

@@509ty my symptoms were a few big blisters in the burn area and a lot of small ones too, it Burt bad to even touch it. Those went away after a few days and then I started peeling and I am still peeling right now but almost done.

Another thing you can use plant based antiinflamatoric, soothing creams to help the skin in the healing process, such as Calendula officinalis, Chamomilla, Salvia. Beta carotene and vitamin E are also helpful in the aftercare. 🙂☀️

I have drug induced lupus so I have to be careful anyway. On holiday I put sun cream on factor 50 regularly topping up, same with at home otherwise I won’t just get sunburn I’ll get a side of lupus rash. My lupus has got to my joints before now too.
