We all sud know that it's not a interim bail but a special circumstances in which he has been given a kind of parole.No bail says that one has to report to the jail on a certain date but it's a case of parole..

Farziwal did not get interim bail. He is in sort of parol and in virtual judicial custody .
In jail he was still CM while out of jail he has been suspended by SC as he cannot sign any file, goto CM office and cannot do anything that a CM is supposed to do😂

In this episode, there is a lesson for Indians especially Delhiites.. Elect one party for the state and another for the center is not a feasible option anymore.
