I'm gonna become vegetarian now... I'll still get animal sources of protein but only seafood,eggs,dairy... No more chicken,steak,pork chops etc... no live animal protein... This will force me to eat healthier,,, carbs will be my main fuel now

Impressive, key point for those starting is the exercise balances and puts the nutrients where it is needed, even when eating rice and legumes. Crossfit pro vegan athletes also confirm carbs are no issue if you are doing enough exercise, size comes as natural growth hormone increases and cortisol drops

Also, just as referred to lacto vegetarian options for protein, there's obviously ovolacto options as well (eggs). Eating eggs is technically vegetarian. I firmly believe that if a person only consumed eggs for protein and the rest of the diet was raw fruits and veggies that would be more than enough.
