Nice information sir. Sir I have a question.. could IR return the tickets fare if train missed due to current train delayed.
Sir recently I had a journey in a special weekly train and it was delayed 11:43 ANVT to KYQ train no. 02526. Due to this delay I missed another train from NCB to BPRD which sl ticket fare including all taxes was approx 190. And after cancellation I got only Rs 25. I cancelled my ticket before 7 hrs ago of my bording time.
It is request to Indian Railway that there should be a TDR file system/option if someone could not board the train due to delayed current train more than 3 hrs delay. Pls look after such types of matter if u can solve this or like u other official can resolve it.
