That statue was so powerful. Even through the video it evoked strong emotion. At least with that heavy moment, we were also able to enjoy the light-hearted goodness for kitty head scratches!
Yeah that really was a powerful statue. Mixing that with some lightness makes these videos easier for me for sure.

The British also briefly occupied Manila. I love how u were walking around. It’s super hot and uncomfortable. But rewarding too I’ve found
i agree, walking around really is my favourite way to see a place.

I'm happy to see the new series is here! Wow! Seeing Rizal's life and death depicted in life-size statues was a stark reality I needed to see. The little gray cat was cute! And the pop and a bar segment was great! Stay hydrated

Hi Matthew, where you started the video must have been a poorer area of Manila. Nice change of pace, as most people show the rich areas in Manilla. When in the Philippines you should do a Pop and a Bar segment with a fresh Coconut. Hope you can get to some of the Philippine Islands while you are there.

So good. I wonder: how much do you research a place before you go? I know you are curious about the world anyway, but do you do a lot of specific research just before going?
I try to do research before I go places mainly so I know what I want to see when I get there. But often I like to see what I find then look in to it. For some videos though I do a lotttttt of research
