Sup ya'll in today's video I'm gonna be going back and taking a look at Black Ops 3's often forgotten port for the Xbox 360. Black Ops 3 was in my opinion, one of the better Call of Duty games we've gotten over the last 10 years, but that only goes for the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. The Xbox 360 and PS3 ports of Black Ops 3 are so terrible, that I wouldn't advise ANYONE to go back and play them. The last gen versions of Black Ops 3 lack so many features in comparison to the next gen versions that it just makes you wonder why they even bothered to port BO3 to the 360 and PS3 to begin with. @brockbrunner8945 I just prefer my zombies maps to be simple and straightforward like town and kino. I'm very casual when it comes to zombies so that's part of the reason I just never got into shadows. I see the appeal to the map, it's just not for me 🤷♂️

Fun fact: there is a post on reddit where this guy who did some modding found remnets of the campaign within the game files & uploaded 2 screenshots, It appears as if the models were able to be ported, but the textures must have been too detailed so they would've had to get artists working around the clock to texture the entire campaign. How they were able to make that part of the mission to run or get it work is beyond me & what little work was done for the campaign mid-way thru development & like you said, cancelled it. And last gen version was released for $50 not 60, the only positive things about it was it didn't have the black market where you trade crypto for loot boxes, it was annoying & around this time, players bought cod for multiplayer/zombies then for the campaign so if you wanted only that, last gen was the place even if it runs like crap haha.
Saying bo3 zombies sucks actually triggers me so hard oh my god. How can you only like the chronicles maps most of them are just worse versions of the original.

It’s crazy to think the developers of both Treyarch and beenox made great Spider-Man games made the same game one on next gen that is really good and one on last gen I bought thinking it was the same game and I got rip off
I had to play this version for 6 months when it came out

As a zombies fan, I think it’s more so fascinating how zombies looks on 360, I’d love to try the Easter Egg on 360, especially my favorite map Der Esiendrache, but I’m not about to go out to buy a 360 and the game just for zombies I already have.
Also PLEASE reconsider zombies, I really only play cod for the zombies, and I’m telling you, bo3 zombies is infinitely better than any other cod zombie, like literally. If your playing on PC, not only are the 4 original maps that are already far better than all of bo1’s and even bo2’s (some would say), there’s custom zombies that is constantly evolving with new maps and mods made by the community.
Ive seen another COD TH-camr who’s made a series on trying zombies for the first time, and it’s really interesting to see. would love to see more COD TH-camrs who aren’t into zombies do this, you should definitely try it out
Don't get me wrong, I love zombies. Me and my friends did all the easter eggs in cold war last year (including outbreak) like 2-3x over. I love BO2 zombies but I only really enjoy town. Never really got into the other maps. When BO6 comes out, me and my friends might consider doing a zombies stream and getting all the easter eggs done 🔥 (for the 2 maps that'll be available at launch lmao)
@@sasshadow yeah, hopefully BO6 will make the comeback we’ve all been waiting for, the map concept for the one shown in the trailer seems interesting, wishing for a good execution though

I can understand why you and others don't like the 360 and Ps3 ports of Black ops 3 but for some reason for me, I have a guilty Pleasure towards the 360 port.
the pc version still manages to have worse multiplayer with a lot of cheaters making this game unplayable than last gen

It does not unfortunately. You need internet to install the game otherwise you can't access it

Question my main console is PlayStation 5 if I want to play on Xbox series X my progress can go to the other console right some people say yes some people say no I don’t know PS5 to Xbox like bo3 bo4
Unfortunately there's no cross progression with BO3. The only way your progress would carry over from platform to platform is if you were going from PS4 to PS5 or vice versa. I don't think cross progression became a thing in CoD till MW2019

@Kelvin-JRT I have BO3 on PC as well as xbox one. If cross progression was a thing, I'd have all my xbox stuff on PC. BO3 was made before the era of cross progression and crossplay. That's all you have to know. That's why CoD didn't have cross progression till MW2019. Any game that released before BO4 does not have cross progression
