i was thinking this to myself, but somehow when i feel at my worst it always slips my mind that dressing up and doing a bit of makeup really brightens my mood and self-perception exponentially!! in my head i often think there's "no reason to be so extra" ... but in reality, there is plenty reason, and that reason is "because it makes me happy" 🥰🥰🥰
So true! I’ve been working from home for 4 years now and still don’t change out of my sweats or put any effort into my appearance. I have been trying to make more of an effort lately and can feel the difference on the days where I put on some fun clothes. I find myself more in tune with myself this way. Now I just need to find a way to stay consistent with it 😅

I noticed it yesterday! I personally don't like dressing up much....but yesterday, when I was really feeling sad and just after finishing my crying, idk why but I tried to use this trick. I didn't even put any expensive cosmetics.....just wore my favourite earrings with a cute hair clip.....tried to walk like I'm in a ramp walk in my room....and it suddenly started to feel better... I felt a surge of self confidence and beauty,.....it really works!! ❤

That’s hard for me I don’t have money I have uneven skin on my face. Even if I want to do those things I can’t and it hurts. I just want to love myself and stop comparing but there’s better females out there 😢
i understand, angel :( feel similarly about some facial features, parts of my body, etc.. but if there's a hairstyle you like, or clothing that makes you happy, try to reach for those instead of fixating on what you feel dissatisfied by 🫂 "better females" would want you to be happy with yourself, not put yourself down, so try to look for those glimmers however small they are 💞💞💞

•Namas (नमस् = like replace H with N in word Hummus , but do not pressurize the letter M ) and
• te (ते = t sound like in Japanese T)
The त sound od "T" in it is not present in english but is present in other languages like Japanese or Mexican besides Indian languages.
For e.g. he "T" in Namaste is pronounced as "T" in japanese words like Hiroto or Mitsu

Just had a thought to do this… problem is it’s a negative feedback loop at work. My sleep routine sucks, I have minimal time in the mornings bc I can’t wake up early so I do the bare minimum, I’m sleep deprived during weekdays and am cranky at work, the cycle repeats itself. Even putting the simple makeup I do for work feels like a chore
I do notice whenever I put effort into my makeup if I go out I’m a better version of myself.

I know what you mean, but is it not better to practice good, healthy Self Love & Care and listen to *positive affirmations and practice Gratitude meditations* and *_learn_* to be happy looking in the mirror *_without_* makeup?Wearing makeup may make us feel better _in the moment_ but like eating chocolate or drinking alcohol, ultimately it is bad and unhealthy (mentally) for us, making us dependant/ addicted to it & unhappy without it 🕉💝🙏
