No Scottish commentator for the Scottish Open? Well, you don't really need one. Golf is all about universal truths: the agony of a missed putt, the joy of a perfect drive, and the shared confusion of trying to understand the rules. Plus, no one's accent can make losing a ball in the rough sound any better!😂
Plus you do realise Andy Gray was commentating for the England v Netherlands football match, didn't bother me to be honest?
Every Scottish football game is commentated by an English commentator. The side kick is usually Scottish. It reminds us of our place you see.
@@TerryHoweswas he the main commentator or the side kick ? I didn’t watch the game.
@mungoarmstrong4306 to be honest maybe it's to do with sky contracts and of course if you don't have Scottish commentators prepared to commentate then it can't happen. In the nicest way, football has predominantly always been commentated by English commentators.

He plays very nicely. He swings and zoooom, there goes the ball. Way way w a y up in the air, like an eagle. The ball soars over the grass and right into the cup nearly every time. Some times he just rolls the ball atop the grass, like a worm it goes KerPlunk in the cup too. He loves ❤️ it.
