After experiencing an upper back/scap-dysk/dropped-shoulder/neck/trap/serratus mobility issue over the past year, I found this video very helpful and will incorporate the movements into my morning routine. In going through the movements, I noticed tightness in/around the right armpit area, which is the same side as my "cold" hand (usually 2-8 deg colder than left, in most positions, along w/occasional finger tinglng), which my GP suggested was thoracic outlet syndrome. I'm hopeful the movements will open up the blood flow to the right hand. Thank you for putting this up on YT.
I think this will help you! Also check out the wrist and hand one here, if you haven't already: th-cam.com/video/UWgH_wUkQ3c/w-d-xo.html thank you for the comment!
I look forward to giving this a try. I love you approach and the calm way you present all of your videos Dr R. Thanks as always 👍🏻
DDR, I'm not sure if you ever watched Miranda Esmonde-White on PBS (not sure if she still does live shows), but as soon as this video started, it sent me back down memory lane as I bet I used her videos, as well as Sit-and-be-fit, and BobRoss to go to sleep after a 12 hour 3rd shift for many many years....years ago.
That's awesome, I didn't know about Miranda but I just looked her up and she's great!!
Thank you...I WILL do these exercises. As far as the video itself...I could sure do without the cars in the background. Such a nice forested scene...then the intrusion of technology...ouch.
Curious what it was you needed to blur out here.
I tried to blur the faces of the people in the background. Obviously I failed 😊😊 I'll fix that as soon as I can.
Dr.Russ would definitely be an airbender.
Hmmm I'm more of a water guy but yes!
