Grappler’s outro is probably is my most fav. Imagine waking up, finding yourself laying on the floor, and seeing Grappler plunge his sign in the ground right in front of you.
You don't get it, it's not his sign, it's a japanese tombstone, he was plunging it assuming his opponent is dead, that's even more metal than you previously thought
@@lasterman94100 The wooden sign definitely spells out the organization Grappler belongs to, not someone's name or something. I mean, the characters don't have names anyway.
@@yjk92 yet this is 100% a tombstone, and since nobody has a name in this game, and it would be tiresome anyway to change the sign for every character available when we cannot decifer it for the most part, they used it to put some more reference to the original game and character, but the idea is definitely to put up a grave for his fallen opponent, before realizing he's still alive
I don't know why but they decided in this game that nobody could die, even hitman outro is him saying "target eliminated" before hanging out the phone and telling is opponent to go away, like if he's sparing him, which makes no sense considering he's literally a paid assassin...
@@lasterman94100It's actually a school/dojo sign. Japanese tombstones don't look like that. He literally tells the opponent to meet him at the place/organization if the opponent wants a rematch

If this game gets an English VA cast let us petition for rangers voice to be Ruben Langdon
There's literally no one else it could be.
I dont think this game will ever get an English voice cast. Back in beta, we were given 4 options regarding voices. The one that won out was "Korean voices, but implement English down the line."
5 years later they still haven't gotten English voicing. Even though we've gotten Global exclusive events that had English Voice Acting before.
This man was doing some Dante moves like the spinning air gun attack, soo there is a possibility 😁
I think Christina Vee would be perfect for Dragon Knight.

They really did a good job with the Striker's design. She is basically the mascot of the game at this point, she is on most of the thumbnails. Her design screams battle ready while also being very attractive.

They clearly wanted Berserker to be the mascot considering the fact that he's the leading character on the box art, he was the first character reveal trailer, and when you open the game in the beta he's the first character you see. But most people don't seem to care about him, and the majority of people immediately gravitated towards Striker. 🤣

These are so good! I'm still in shock that zero mages have been revealed and both are my fav characters from the series. I swear I lvled every class of theirs. Ugh..Grappler is gonna have to do for now.
These intros remind me of Guilty Gear Xrd's and DRagon Ball Fighters, they introduce their personalities well and on top of that have pretty cool animations. I feel like recently fighting games have been focusing too much on characters interactions instead of good intros, but these are spot on, so that is nice.
Well it's being made by Eighting and Arc System Works so...
Since their names are just classes/titles, and doesn't uses their real name (similar to a create-a-character), it's kinda understandable that they skipped interaction towards each other, and went for regular intro to show off their presentation.
We definitely need more of those, the ones that they did their greatest on was Mortal Kombat 11, we need more stylish animations of characters to bring them even more to life on any fighting game they appear in.
I could think about Toki and Kenshiro too with 2 of them.
Despite these guys not having official names, there's a lot of personality in these characters. I'd say my favorite characters in this cast are Striker (the female fighter) and Ranger (the cowboy gunslinger).

Yeah uh......i feel like the people in charge of the animations CLEARLY were huge fans of the ranger, so much variable expressions, camera movement and high quality animation, not to mention lip syncing, sure some of the others have these, but not to THAT degree.
It really looks like ArcSys's mouth movements have improvement a lot, nice to see

@@Bloodedge666 Isn't that precisely what makes it interesting? Eng/JP dub just feels like a common everyday thing at this point. Korean is full of new sounds you're not used to hearing in a fighting game

The fact that you put grappler and vanguard's intro next to each other makes it look like some cool shit you'd see in an anime
