I think this is why I have a hard time to quit drinking . I'm 37 and have been drinking alcohol daily. Second attempt on sobriety . Every time I quit drinking in the past, I started to get this problem. The over thinking and repetitive thinking started to get me depressed. So I'm taking concerta for adhd .

I’ve never been fully diagnosed ADHD but I’ve had several therapists on the past say I show some signs since some of the signs can be related to Autism which I am diagnosed with. Wishing you all the best and hoping the medicine has helped you find a little more stability and peace. 👍
I appreciate you discussing this. Its comforring knowing im not the only one struggling. I call it "ping pong balling", and its hell. Constant overwhelm, rushing, panic. Never finishing dtuff yet always doing things. The ony time you manage tonslow down is to dissociate 😒

Haha, I’m a little guilty of over explaining myself not going to lie, I’ve had people tell me “get to the point Leo, what are you saying”. But for me typically that’s enough to get me to understand and get to the point. It’s so second nature that sometimes I’m not doing it on purpose. But always happy to correct myself. With emails do mean for example editing before you sending out the email? Just making sure I understand.
