My biggest problem with right turns is: one I am a lefty. Two, I don’t know when is the right time to move the steering wheel and how much is enough. Last, my right turns have a wide or narrower problem with turning. I know this since the driving lessons I took in the past. This made me so discouraged.

At 5:16 if the light is red. No pedestrians, No oncoming traffic. Do we have to stop or just slowly roll?

That road is confusing i see .especially where it splits the right where you went around that little side walk lol
WRONG.
In California you must merge entirely into the bike lane BEFORE doing a right turn, you cannot merge across a bike lane when making a right turn.
I received a critical fault during my test for not fully merging into the bike lane. Both the front and back right tire must be within the bike lane when making the turn, you cannot turn across the bike lane, the bike lane is considered a lane when doing a right turn and I have to retake my test for following this example.
You cannot “veer into the bike lane at the dots”, that’s a dangerous maneuver and a critical fault according to the examiner I had. You must fully merge within 200feet of the turn.
