The President of the United States holds up and leads the numerous functions, operating in layers of bureaucracy, that finally end like a delta, with the president still looking on. He appoints smart, integrated people who report to him about the agencies that are our government. Donald doesn’t have a clue and I am grossly annoyed how he wastes our time.
