Can I pause the recording like we do on any regular Android phone.......or will I have to end the recording and start a new one........??

There is no option to pause recording. When you press the stop button, the file will be saved, and when you press record again it will start recording a new file 👍

@@ColdStream I really wanted to keep mine but returned it because I could not pause the recordings. Always starts a new recording file...ridiculous☹

Hello Cold Steam, Thank you for the reply. Yes, you are right, it is a great, simple, and extremely compact voice recorder, love it. I use it for recording real estate inspections. I have 4 older but good Sony voice recorders and all have been great but I love the form facrtor and size of the Sony TX series recorders. I recently purchaed the newer TX660 which I am currently using for my jobs but I know the recorder can also serve so many other purposes. Just a great little and awesome recorder.
