Pokémon Renegade Platinum Hardcore Nuzlocke - Dark Types Only!

My Rules:
• Only the first Dark Type encounter in any area can be caught and battled with. Gift Pokemon do not count as area encounters.
• All battles played on "Set" mode.
• If a Pokemon faints it can no longer be used in battle.
• If a battle is lost the run is over and must be reset.
• No over-leveling Gym Leaders or Leagues highest level Pokemon at the START of the battle. (Does not apply to Gym Leader rematches).
• Only Ice Types can be used in battles. Starters can be used until the first viable encounter is available. If the first viable encounter(s) does not have the type being ran until it evolves, it can only be used until a Pokemon that currently has the type is available (i.e. Eevee into Glaceon), afterwards it cannot be used again until it can evolve.
• All trainers must be battled. Trainers can only be TEMPORARILY avoided to prevent breaking level caps, but must be battled when it is safe to do so.
Cheat Codes Allowed:
• Instant Text
• Fast Health Bar
• Pokemon Center Heal Animation Skip
• EV and IV Checker
• Any that gives you the max amount of an INFINITELY farmable resource (i.e. Pokeathlon, Coins, Battle Points, etc.). Can only be used when the resource becomes infinitely farmable.
• Any and all exceptions will be subject to circumstance
Clauses:
• Priority Clause (Does not apply to this run)
• Area Clause - If a Pokemon of the type being ran was NOT the first viable encounter in any of the area(s) it appears in, due to other members of its type also being in that area, it can be captured after receiving the next gym badge if there are no more areas it can be encountered in. This is to prevent types from missing out on team members, when many of them appear in the same area(s).
• Modified Species Clause - Only one Pokemon per evolutionary line can be used at any time. However, if in a new area I encounter a Pokemon in an evolutionary line that I already have, and there are NO other viable encounters in that area I haven't caught, I can capture this Pokemon and replace the current member of its evolutionary line with it. Can only be done if the original member of its line is still alive.

You should use rare candies instead of just grinding xp it makes it not as grindy
@@yb-zannerz6138 I usually do, however I have a rule that I can only use Rare Candies to avoid grinding after I have beaten every trainer before the next gym, cuz I also have a rule about skipping trainers.
