I have a question do you have too change the motor or the controller board?

if its the motor (eg you turn the wheel with it unpluged from the controller and its very hard to turn its the motor if you unplug the motor from the esc and it turns by hand its a dead controller and your controller will need to be replaced 99% of the time the controller is bad motors are hard to kill it happens if the motor get overloaded eg 2 or more on a scooter going up hill might cause the motor to over heat you will get a smell like burning plastic etc

@@TCBOT i was goig uphill when motor turned off, and instant resistence when i pushed home. Never trned it back on, scooter itself turns on or off okei, but the wheel not spining anymore plus the wiring from motor looks a bit melted

sounds like the motor wires beat up and the insulation worn off (very very common ) and then shorted out the controller check all 3 phase wires are not touching and tape up the bad insulation with black tape then see if it runs if it does ull need to buy some heat shrink to fix the damadged insulation if not un plug motor and check across the 3 cables with a tester set to ohms the 3 cables shuold read almost the same across any combination if not you have a burnt out motor (not very common unless you carry stuff of have 2up on the scooter at most it prob needs a controller but check @@rudon9070

I have xiaomi clone with no battery and a battery from an M365 when i connect the battery it works fine, only issue i have is the original balancing wires have no place in the clone controller , how get the battery balanced every time?

    • @TCBOT

thoes are not balance leads as battery runs a bms those are for battery serialization and rear brake light on a real mi m365 and are not needed

@@TCBOT Thanks mate, I installed the battery and everything works as it should and as you confirmed the balance circuit is already attached to the battery 👍 now the boys want to go faster than 15 🙂.
