Also, say what you want about Borderlands... but they have more DLCs than any other game I can think of. If you get into Borderlands you're going to have a TON of DLCs to keep your games going.
troy theme, maliwan takedown theme, guardian takedown theme nekro theme and a fck ton of others isn't enough? i would dare to say this game has better music than destiny.
@@Scallywag_Gilbert68 i'm with you pal, when i first faced Killavoltz i said "The battle themes in this games are way more intense and unique than the others" and with Captain Haunt and Takedown added later on, i was just sure of that
I dont mind that this is a „reused” soundtrack, because it wasnt actually used at all, and it fits so well with hemi. I really liked this fight too, it’s a nice tribute to vermi from borderlands 2, especially considering that vermi is part of this fight too. Aside from that, it’s a very fun, intense boss, that actually demands something from the player, the only problem I have with it, is that it doesnt have a dedicated drop.
I just solo'd this thing first try! I didn't think I could do it, but that theme pumped me the hell up! Amara's ego and pride is definitely inflated now.
i wanted to try to calculate the beats per minute and if anyone else knows the true values lemme know (my calculation is that its 136bpm) and it was just a little test i wanted to try, aside from that this song is a banger and im glad its here instead of the carnivora section
This theme is really good but the boss fight is really, really not that great. A titanic amount of health? Fine, It's a raid boss, I understand. But this thing just spams the same few attacks constantly, making this fight honestly quite tedious with constant running and jumping around to avoid elemental puddles, Larvae swarms, burrowing attacks and eggs being tossed at you over and over again. Wotan had more attack variety, better loot drops -and didn't cost 500 Eridium per attempt- Each to their own of course, I'm just stating a few gripes with this battle from my experience.
I thought it was the best boss fight ever in the series honestly, atleast at like max level and difficulty when it actually took like 20 mins to kill with a good build
tbh im not done with the Alva podcasts but kinda would be cool if at the end Hemo would be the one who controll everything from the back. and the Raid fight would be the end. i know not that what was happen but the idea i think is kinda cool
First Invincible I ever managed to bring down on a first attempt! Lifesteal Amara is a lifesaver! (Took a few minutes for the fight to register as complete and it damn near gave me a panic attack, but still!)
I was going to give it credit. BL3 isnt as good as BL2 for a LOT of reasons... But the boss music is banger... Then I realized its a reused track. When I see [Boss Name] The invincible, my mind goes to Haderax. Certainly big shoes to fill but they could have done it. Instead we got a remix of a song already in the game.
0:38 ooooo that DUH DUH DUH DUHHHN
This track fuckin SLAPS tbh
Such intense fight and I almost didn't have a sec to realise how amazing this soundtrack actually is.
Saw what you will about borderlands 3, but it's music goes hard.

@@timothyyoung2962 True, if your including the character packs
Story and dialogue is meh but everything else is good
For a track that plays when fighting the borderlands equivalent of a mosquito 15x your size and health on mayhem 11...yeah this is a good one
When i think of Borderlands, the soundtrack is not what comes to mind. But I REALLY hope they do more bangers like this in the future

Now if I can only finish defending this overgrown Varkid
Had fun fighting this boss with my CoV FL4K using mostly just the Gargoyle. That thing shreds.

I don’t remember hearing this song while chasing Carnivora
That's because it didn't play. I ran around that entire area after I found this song on the soundtrack
Because this song isn't on carnivoras area, did you guys not read the title of the video?
@@danteinpuro319 it's on the soundtrack labeled as Carnivora RIDES!
I love this theme❤
I just solo'd this thing first try! I didn't think I could do it, but that theme pumped me the hell up! Amara's ego and pride is definitely inflated now.
Thank you
Good enough I was about to do the same rn, but tried to yt search it first tyvm

Only thing getting me through this boss
So odd that this song was supposed to be for carnivora but just wasnt used until this dlc

It's just carnivora rides. Why did they put it here and not the chase fight

Temazo
Did they just reuse carnavora's theme? I mean its good but the other raid bosses got their own theme.
Well the Carnivora theme isn't even used in the actual Carnivora chase in the campaign for some reason so I guess it kinda makes sense.
@Swubbi It does it's just kind of disappointing they didn't give Hemovorous his own theme when the other raid bosses had their own themes.
@Swubbi I agree, this specific track always felt like a Raid boss theme to me, so them using it for a Raid boss is GREAT!
What's really funny is Carnivora RIDES! Was released with the original base OST and we didn't officially see it until now lol
@@hauntingollie424 It's about time too! It bops like crazy!
the game was bad but i must admit the boss fight songs are hella dope and amazing
Is it just me or hermivorous looks like an arachnid from starship troopers
Although I'm not a fan of the actual boss, i am a big fan of the soundtrack!
same thing man
I’m not sure which is better, “Wotan Awakens”, or this!
@@BenG6509 "Wotan Awakens" by far, this is a good track but nothing tops the Malliwan Takedown's OST in my opinion
