I'm glad you're making this series. Armored Core, especially 4th Gen is one of my favorite franchises and it's really nice to have more lore and context for the game I'm playing!
My very first NEXT, and ever a favorite. It's well balanced with suprising defense that doesn't sacrifice long-range offensive capabilities. It's simple, yet effective, with lots of room to continually improve and hone the pilot's sniping abilities. The core and legs are also overall flexible parts for use in any mid-weight build.
Ah neat. I admit after doing a video on this craft i built one for my own personal playtime and i do tend to use the 047an as a sniper build and nothing else. Granted with two rifles its a good next to play with as well.
Thank you for using this aircraft as a theme. 4, either fA is the next AC for me, 047AN. I love the practical design of this machine as an inorganic and precise weapon. I just enjoy the work offline. but even now, this craft is my favorite 4 series machine. thank you.
@@armoredcorelore i think the 25th anniversary is coming up either in 2022 or 23 hoping we get AC6 or at least a remake/ remaster for one of 3rd or 4th gen games
@@psyglav That would be nice. Plus a remake would mean better footage for the videos or a new game would mean more lore for me to look at. Either one would make me very happy as a fan.
Love the idea in theory buy in practice using a pure 047AN frame is a chore and only suitable for a select few. I was able to drag my machine through the arena albeit with the next likely kicking and screaming in protest. Some battles particularly against G.A. craft and Raiden merely resorted in forcing my opponent to run out of ammo while engaging at my leisure once the target is rendered helpless, not a fun way to fight but I doubt the machine cares for such things. I applaud all those who can and do put the next to work. For those that are curious in trying I encourage FRS tuning the arms for max mobility, and focusing on rear boost, side quick boost, and energy production. It may also be suitable to replace the sniper rifle with a twin rifle setup for dps and ease of use. If you insist on using the sniper rifle or cannon it is imperative that you attempt to keep the camera centered on the target as much as possible and only fire once the reticule is soundly on target. It is common to see it lose lock and struggle to re-acquire faster targets. Good luck Ravens.
I admit in testing a pure 047AN Next is a bit of game of patience when in battles. Credit to you for the giving the pure 047AN a go though and thank you for sharing your experience.
Definitely not a fun time fighting GA mechs with pure BFF build in 4. 4A probably alot easier since it has the energy sniper rifle. That paired with 051ANNR could probably casually kill most of the slow massive HP tanks GA pilots. Plus BFF also has seeker missles in 4A.

i'm pretty sure AN is an abbreviation for "Armored NEXT" if you look at the weapons, the ANSR, the sniper rifle, is clearly an abbreviation for "Armored NEXT Sniper Rifle"

I've been searching for answer all this time but I dont think there is one to be found.
I like your series but the audio on this one is...a little quiet, and my audio is maxed.
It was a problem i faced when starting out.
Why is it so quiet?
A trouble found within the older videos of the channel. I will have to remake them someday.
