- OY!!! There mught be some error in the PCB design or i have just made an error soldering the components! I measured that the outputs are giving +12V and -12V just like they are supposed to but i noticed some weird noise issues etc with modules that work perfectly fine with other power supplies. So i’ll remove the link to the PCB gerber files for now and see if i can figure out whats going on! But the schematic in the video is correct so you can use that!
This is my new prototyping case for modular synth stuff! Im hoping this will help me be a bit more productive when it comes to synth and other electronic stuff.
Note that you need 12V AC power supply to use this! So not a DC supply! This is the one i bought from a local electronics shop, but any 12v ac supply like this will do! uraltone.com/ut-12vac-1000ma-...
Here’s the @MoritzKlein0 original video about the circuit. His videos are great and very educational, you should definitely check them out if for some reason you havent already! • DIY SYNTH PSU: How to ...
Heres my version of the schematic. Its the same circuit, but drawn by me for the video: www.dropbox.com/sh/qxdn1znfgf...
And if you wanna learn to design PCBs, you can get the KiCad software here: www.kicad.org
There's a lot of great KiCad tutorials on youtube, go and search for those!
Thanks, bye! ❤️
That's some thick wood! lol
Most excellent! Looking forward to the next build.
Cool video as always. Love those hand-drawn pin-out diagrams. Lemme steal that idea. 😄
Nice Video Lauri!!!
This is my favorite TH-cam channel

I have shared a schematic for the LoFi Looper design I made if you are interested. It adds a few more chips to let the record button latch on and to enable a reset like function.
excellent stuff - love yr vidz🙂
Cool video. How deep was that case you built?
