Marlin seemed like he suffered from really bad untreated Depression due to his other undisclosed illness in the original game...Now as Mathew in the remake he seems significantly less depressed especially as you get to know him closely.It's almost like his life begins turning around as he gets his Depression treated in this 1🤗.It's quite nice because you get to 👀 him actually happy & really 👀 his personality start to shine😊.

Matthew really needed my help. he was a broken man. broken by the cruel world of the city life..he worked himself to illness just to prove his worth but it was never enough. So he had to leave and start at absolut zero. a broken self esteem. He saw light in Cecilia but she was about to turn away from him and let him fall again. I could just not let that happen. someone HAD to be there for him. Someone had to show him how great he is and show him the wonderful countryside life. Molly will always have a special place in my heart but I know she will get over it and move on. Also she didn't like my dog. that was a red flag in the beginning 😆

I have all hearts with Ceci and him, but got the stupid rival cs in stead. What did I do wrong and why don't I see his heart events? I follow the time and weather conditions, but nope... Nearing winter, so thought about just giving the blue feather to him, but it feels weird doing so after getting his rival cs after leaving my farm. He says he's not sure if he loves ceci. But it was weird I only had the rival vids first. I think Nami also has one, as I saw her listning to Gustafa's song and saying: do I like the music because it's played by him?
