Imaging and Processing The Heart and Soul Nebulae

Despite the presence of an almost full moon, I decided to have a go at imaging the 'Heart and Soul' ( IC1805 and IC1848) nebulae in the same frame using the Sharpstar 61 EDPH2 with the 0.8 reducer/ flattener along with the L-eXtreme filter and the ASI 2600MC Pro. I was hoping that this filter would mitigate the presence of the full moon! Find out how I got on, and what my post processing workflow for this object was.

Hi, I found your channel while searching for Hubble images that I could use for a music project. Your work is really clearly stated, interesting and beautiful and while I'm tempted to follow you into such a fascinating wormhole, time doesn't permit it.

As I understand it, since NASA and the HT are publicly funded, these images are not subject to copyright and are free.
There is also the Hubble Image Archive which gives download access directly to images, which I did a video on;
