I personally can never watch Male ASMRtists since male voices make me very uncomfortable. I find a woman’s voice to be more calming. Just came here to see what this video’s all about.

I've suffered with social anxiety for most of my life. A little over a year ago I could barely leave the house but this week I decided to go to London on my own for 3 days. (I live in a much smaller town in the UK) I was doing fine until I got to my hotel in the evening where I started to panic. I was homesick, lonely and becoming incredibly anxious. This in a place completely new to me was terrifying and I wasn't coping. Then I remembered asmr and more specifically you. I've watched many asmrtists but there some sort of security that I knew I'd get with your videos. I don't know whether it is because you are so real, that you truly care or that you inspire me to become better and try new things. Whatever it was your videos have never helped me so profoundly as they did today. I was completely lost and I truly don't think I would have come out of this experience positively without your videos. Thank You for helping me become the person that I want to be, I will be forever grateful x

I've been enjoying asmr for about a month now. It has helped with my insomnia. I often hear artists describe "tingles". This video was the first to actually provoke this sensation in me. It was literally a tingling feeling on the top of my head.. then it went down my neck- back- on my arm- I got goosebumps. A totally different experience. I almost felt a bit guilty or something and was smiling with my eyes closed. I did not expect that at all from hearing some sounds! This guy is the shit!
I can at last go to sleep/relax after I listen to this. I've tried dozens of ASMR's, and have finally found my favorite. Thank you so much, ER. Very best to you and yours.

Ive never actually got tingles from just whispering before, I usually need some more intense sounds. But I always watch your videos anyways despite what I may think and Im glad I did! I got one of those full body tingles just from the whispers and subtle mouth sounds. keep it up Rift!
These long videos are really nice for studying. I have to write journals for one of my classes and each one can take upwards of an hour or so, and having a long video to keep me focused and relaxed is really helpful.

I've got to say, I would really really really love it if you were to continue doing this style of whisper more frequently. This is the only thing that really triggers my ASMR, along with your Repairman videos. Soft speaking and loud whispers don't do it, and clicking, tapping, crinkling only really work in conjunction with this very soft, punctuated and quiet whispering. Please do more stuff like this, if you can! I'd love ya forever, again.

I must say. At first I really enjoyed this video. I usually fell asleep about 10-15 min in. This time around though it wasn't so fast and I just got to 25-35ish range. yes thank u u usually talk not that close up to the mic so when I see that u made a super ear to ear it was awesome not many do a good job or have a good mic or voice u do but rarely do it so its nice to get surprised with this.

I must say. At first I really enjoyed this video. I usually fell asleep about 10-15 min in. This time around though it wasn't so fast and I just got to 25-35ish range. Once I made it there this officially became my favorite asmr video. The ramblings were awesome. "Ever have someone whisper 'sammiches' in you ear?" I died laughing through that whole section.

I've been listening to your Minecraft Sanctuary and 2nd Mind castle videos a lot recently as I really like the very quiet ear to ear whispers.
