ER hands down has the best sound design out of anyone else. The mics are sooo sensitive, but they aren't overly bassy like the 3Dio or other mics, literally perfect quality!
The opening and closing of that perfume bottle done quietly is maybe the best trigger I’ve heard in the past year. IMO this whole series is one of the most unique styles of ASMR out there and really goes well with ER’s style of audio production. It goes to a whole other level when paired with good noise cancelling headphones too.

I don’t know about anyone else but like 80% or so are props I buy specifically for video purposes. Like the wooden toy , tea cup, and jar of buttons - drove about 50 miles up and back to an antique store just to find new triggers :)
the way you handled the wooden toy and blocks was masterful. newer ASMRtists should learn from you, I can't get used to the way folks just passionlessly and jarringly aggressive tap wooden objects these days
Perfection. Absolutely *amazing.* As far as I have found, there maybe a few other good asmr artists. But, none that fit my personal taste, are on the level of quality and dedication of ephermal rift.
These videos, along with your 'click sleep asmr"and "sleep for the sleepless" make up an incredibly important part of my genuine sleep asmr playlist. The length, the quiet, i can just switch off.
It's so quiet that I have my phone speaker at max (with a small fan blowing in the corner of my room on low) and I have to put this to my ear to hear it the slightest bit. He's honing his craft. With only one ear too! It's like someone with 1 hand beating dark souls 😀😀
I already listen to most ASMR videos at lower volume, so this is almost too quiet. I have to turn my headphone volume up instead of way down, which leads to a very different outcome if you forget to change the volume back before hitting play on something else.
Im not sure how well you can keep up with the comments Mr. Rift but sincere thanks for this video. Even at max volume its barely audible. With that being said monumental respect towards your work and dedication. Much love from Czech Republic!

I kept the tab of this video on my right monitor while doing homework, and every time I see the tab name in my peripheral vision I misread it as "The Art of Quake 3" and I'm like, wait hold on that's not course material

The reality of being an ASMR enjoyer can be extremely ironic at times. Like, I’m the only guy I know who was just blasting both Mario Kart followed by Kirby and the Forgotten Land music, only to immediately drop everything and listen to some of the quietest audio on TH-cam because _it’s freaking Art of Quiet _*_3._*
That perfume bottle section reminded me of your 1 hour binaural beer suds and bottle cap sounds video. ( A part 2 would be sick :) ) Thanks for the all big Z’s through out the years and keep on keepin’ on uncle E 🙏🏻
