That is just a sweet looking ride. If I were in that and pulled up to one of those new Broncos, I would bust out laughing 🤣. Just the thought of a Bronco with a turbo 4 cylinder engine 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️.
I’m 100% down with everything but the 4.88 gears. Just why I’m running stock 3.55s on my 93 have enough low end grunt to make stuff happen but also cruising down the interstate at 90 I’m only turning 2600 rmp
They put Saginaw pumps in Ford vans. Call around to the junk yards in your area, I found one out of a E350 van with a 351 for $55 a couple weeks ago. Any year van with a 302 or 351 Windsor should have the pump and bracket. Only difference was the earlier engines had a v belt and changed to serpentine in the late 80’s. You will need a an adaptor fitting for the pump and steering gear as the stock hose won’t work with the pump. A few different companies sell a hose kit if you search for ford Saginaw conversion.
I have a 95 f150 2wd with a blown head gasket. I've put so much work into interior and steering to just trash it would be crazy. Thinking about replacing my 302 5.0 with 351w. 351c has more power but 351w has the same bolt pattern. Need to find one I can just drop into the hood and go
Nice. Have an update vid coming out soon. 351w is a great selection and a good chunk of inventory if you are looking for rebuilt. Would love to heard more about your build.
2:05 How did you get the Drake's to fit? I was told they didn't work on the newer trucks. I've got a 95 5.8 and a 3881 intake sitting in the box. I've been waiting until I can do it all at once.
Im gettin ready to put my 5.8 in my 95 bronco and was thinkin of puttin a cam in while its out. Is this trickflow plug and play, or do i need to do anything to the valves for gap?
Running factory tune with stock injectors on the 351. Stay tuned for some updates though.... had to pull the engine and ended up putting a 427 back in!
Hey man I’m thinking about buying a 95 bronco and wanted to get your opinion on what should probably been the first upgrade. Also if you know what some of the common issues they have.
I found it on the full size bronco message boards. Look in the classified section - there is a guy there who finds them in junkyards and sells them for a great price!
So I have a question..... 🌾. I am getting 1996 Explorer..... it looks a bit dingy on the inside, I would like to upgrade it .....make it a little nicer inside. The seats are a sort blue green colour, 🤨. I have no idea where to start.... if you could give me a few suggestions that would be wonderful. 🌹 I live in WINSTON SAKEM. NC .
Hoping to get a response. I have a 96 as well. Seriously thinking about performance engine. How did you address the wiring harness situation and the PCM?
Just wondering what made you choose 4.88 gears or any other size other than stock. I have a stock 93 FSB XLT 351W, stock gears, and plan to upgrade to similar to your build. Only, I'm going with edelbrock heads, upper/lower intake. Bassani headers, y pipe and exhaust 3 inch.
I was torn between 4.56 or 4.88 for the gears as both line up well with 35" tires. I ended up going with the 4.88s mainly based on the advice of the all knowing internet. If I had to do it again I'd probably go with the 4.56 just to get a little lower rpm on the freeway.
Everything I read said that the single 3" was as good as a dual setup, as long as you switched to a better Y pipe. I went this route because I could get the whole kit and didn't have to take it to a shop to weld up custom exhaust.
nice bronco brother, i have a 94 and love it. hey question about the headers, will be moving to texas within the next 3 years, how did you run the headers with the smog rules? and i don't see any of your smog stuff.
All smog stuff is there. By '96 they had removed a lot of the more restrictive pumps and replaced them with electronics. The only thing this one really has relative to the headers is an EGR valve, and the headers have a tube that bolts right up to it.
Not entirely sure, but my engine builder said I should be around 300HP with the setup that I have (intake, heads, cam, exhaust). It definitely feels good in the seat of the pants and chirps the tires all day long.
Hi I am 14 and I have always wanted to get my own truck since I'm getting older and going into high school I want to learn hands on how to fix a truck and I made a go fund me to try to get money 💰 if you could help me out I would so much more then grateful
I love 90s Broncos best survival and nicest trucks ever

I wanna build my 96 Eddie bauer's like this!!!

Great looking Bronco!
Yes...keep a look out for more like this, my friend! Then let me know when you find one. haha! 🙏
I havent been able to find the edelbrock 3881 intake anywhere. Had it on order for a month now through summit and estimate time is 6/20/2021. :(
Did you leave the stock pistons and bottom end? I know later broncos are MAF, so did you have to tune or are you using the stock tune?
Stock tune. This whole engine swapped again to stroke to 427. Upgraded MAF at that point.
Where did you get the power steering conversion. Love the build man! You have my subscription.

Insanity gorgeous 96 omg 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼last one ☝🏼 ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Did you rebuild your existing 351W or order a new one? If a new one, where did you order it from?
Thinking of pulling the 351w out of my buddy's bronco for my 89 fox coupe
Alec T Vert very cool. Will you be using the same intake or convert to an 96-01 explorer intake?
@@FollowTheBuilds definitely will be converting it to gt40 intake for the mean time. Cleans things up and looks alot better
@Mayhem Maverick lol we learn something new everyday.

Plus I live in the neighborhood where you filmed this video. Shout out to Lake Worth, TX
Can't find the exhaust for sale anywhere
...... seen truck on channel but was running a 427 SBF
How did you make the performance parts work with the computer?
What step do you have? Is it an aftermarket? Great video👍
I love the roll cage on yours. I'm looking for one for my 1990? Did you fab that or buy it?
Amazing Bronco! What did you do about the Catalytic converters?
Any of your fans contact me. Thanks for all of your vids. Also my truck has no rust!! America

The link you provided for the 351 on ebay is not longer active. Can you post another link to the engine you sourced? big thanks!
Great video and sweet bronco!
Where you required to calibrate the mass airflow meter or re-chip the ECM in anyway, or are you running on the factory tune?
Running factory tune with stock injectors on the 351. Stay tuned for some updates though.... had to pull the engine and ended up putting a 427 back in!
Love the bronco! Now I need two potato’s, ASAP!

Ls swap
Is that a tuffy security box? If so what model is it?
Nice music, what's the name.
Have y’all dynoed this or do you know an estimate of HP and TRQ? Were the heads GT40 or GT40P?
Ps I love what you did with the roll bar look...... Amazing! What would that cost? And where are you located.
Beauti that bronco
Where
You find the matching interior color for roll cage?

How wide are the rims and back spacing please!!
What wheels? Size and off set? Tire width?
I was just wondering too see where you got the air intake I wanna get one for my 91 bronco also nice build 🔥🔥
I have been lost in Bronco land for 10 years now not looking to find my way out
NICE!
How do you like the 4.88 gears? Better than 4.56?
Ha! "Baseeni?!" Bassani, right?
What size injectors did you use on this build?
Stock injectors. There is another update coming soon. The engine had to be pulled...so upgrades were made while it’s out. Hope to share soon!
@@FollowTheBuilds the fp regulator you Used is for a 5.0. It works with the 351 as well?
@@dhd2313 Yes, the FPR works for either engine since they use the same fuel rail setup.
@ Follow The Builds, does the roll age tie into the frame? If not how does it get secured to the floor pan? Thanks
Roll bar does not tie into the frame. It is bolted to the body and has backing plates on the underside.
Hoping to get a response. I have a 96 as well. Seriously thinking about performance engine. How did you address the wiring harness situation and the PCM?
This one is plug and play since '96 351s had MAF. I could probably have it tuned to squeeze a few more ponies out, but it isn't necessary to run.
how do you guys like the 4.88 i am running 4.53's lmk
How restrictive is that intake on that engine?
What kind of step rails are on that Bronco?
Hello, can you sale me an engine like this? Luca
Me 2
Did you do any mods to the transmission?
She’s sweet

Do you still have the bronco

@@steveluchak9569 I've decided to go with 4.10 because I want to cruise at 70 mph and not scream at 2700 rpm's.
Where’d you get those side steps?
About how much hp and tq did you have after mods?
Another question , is it faster than the original engine ??
What did you end up doing for the pin strips along the two-tone paint post paint job?...store bought or painted on?
I found a guy who had vinyl pinstripes and had him come out and put them on. They really cleaned up the paint and gave it a finished look!
How do you keep the inside dry??
Do you think the single exhuast was a better option than doing a dual exhuast with an x pipe?
Everything I read said that the single 3" was as good as a dual setup, as long as you switched to a better Y pipe. I went this route because I could get the whole kit and didn't have to take it to a shop to weld up custom exhaust.
Did you use shorty or long tube headers?
These are shorty Basini headers.
did you leave the stock Cats on?
I’m curious also, cats?
Why such low gears?! 😳

What center console is that
This is a Tuffy center console. This one is 12" wide and fits perfectly between the seats.
