We were so pleasantly surprised by Da Nang when we stayed there. It wasn’t part of our original itinerary but we stayed there for a night before a flight to HCMC and loved it! Make sure you check out the seafood restaurants where you can pick your own lobster 🦞. It’s pricey but so good!
I saw an 18min video and thought I’l just watch it for a bit. Ends up watching it all and wanting to see more. Nice enjoyable video.

I love Da Nang, it is such an easy place to live. I lived there for 3 months before COVID-19 hit and stranded me in Thailand while doing a visa run. Ate at Taco Ngon so many times!
Danang is the most city I want to live after retirement.

What a great deal on your place, and Danang looks lovely! When I lived in LA, there was a couple (Vietnamese-American and Mexican American) that opened a Vietnamese/Mexican fusion restaurant. So, so good. Also, I’m with Eric. Maracuya juice is THE best. 😊

You should try a Breakfast Banh Mi. It's a Banh Mi but with fried eggs inside. Might hit that eggs and toast breakfast craving that you have.

Not sure how much your 'digital nomading' pays you but over USD 1k to pay for a month of 'long term' accomodation is super ex for Danang.
You guys can stay in vietnam to teach english for us to make money, salary for english foreign teachers in viet nam is very high

$1200 US per month for an apartment. That’s crazy ! You can easily cut that in half or more in Da Nang. What would possess you to pay that ?
We didn’t rent for a month… we only stayed a week so had to pay nightly rates. Of course you can find cheaper options for monthly rentals but that’s not always possible with our schedule!
