Hey there, wanted to check back in. Reviews on Amazon are a little spotty for this charger. Have you had any problems with your wolfbox? Considering one for my new Tesla Model Y.
Are you still using it, I bough the 50amp. It works great, the app could be better, but I dont have any complains. however, I can hear a buzzing sound inside the box all the time, is not loud, however I was able to record it with my phone. Are you getting the same with your (not only when charging but all the time)?
@@garovira100 I do not have any buzzing. Is it from the charger itself? How far between your charger and the breaker panel? What gauge wire did you run?
I am 40 feet away, used a 6 gauge 70amp breaker. The voltage drop is within parameters, but I will test at the breaker and at the charger itself. The buzzing sound is very faint, but if you get closer to it, is like when you hear a transformer
I just think is either the distance, is creating a voltage drop, or since I am connecting directly to the connector block inside the charger, maybe is the contacts on the PCB are not locking the cables.

It's been good! The customer service with any questions has also been great!
We do have a discount t code if you're interested too.
Can you plug in but only charge based on an off-peak schedule?
@@panamaya yes. You can set a schedule either though the vehicle or the charger.
Can you explain @2:08 app says "Charging Duration 14h1m" and "Energy Increase 0.05 kWh"? That would take about 20,000 hours to fully charge my EV.
😂 Great question, I'll look at this again. It definitely charges faster than that

@@garovira100 I just saw you even hear a buzz when not charging? Maybe reach out to wolfbox too.

Is it still working good?
