I couldnt remember what my car ran stock so thanks for posting. My best with a stock redeye was 7.7 my stick twin turbo car runs 4.7s and dips into the 3s on 100-150 in good air
I have a stock Demon 170, I made 3 attempts at a 60-130 with the traction control off in both 2nd and 3rd gear, car was almost 90 deg to the road. Turned the traction control back on and made 1 last try and went 5.09. I'm sure it's capable of a 4 something but not without the miracle of traction.
@LIMuscleBlackdevil 5.09 is good for a showroom stock car, I guess. I had a 2019 Mustang GT 10R80 with twin turbos and E85. It ran 4.65 and was a lot easier to control on a 305 45 17 ET STREET R.
Your car is running where it needs to be The weight of these cars prevent them from running those fast 69-130 times even at the higher power levels DA makes a huge difference of course there is people out there that ran a little faster in better DA I have owned 4 hellcats so far I currently have a 2021 Superstock I know these cars from top to bottom and tested everything out there You have any questions hit me up. Best drive mode for your car for rolls is track For rolls only dont turn traction all the way off especially when you start modding the car At the drag strip turn it all the way off
I have a Challenger Redeye WB and when it was stock it would run consistently 60-130 7.3-7.4. I have the 3.09 gears and I start in 3rd gear manual and then slam it in to auto. In track of course with street suspension. Sick car! I have the same color but with the black sating hood, roof, trunk. DA was about 1800.
I have a 22 NBRE. These cars can be crippled by COT. Just look it up - it can pull 100 HP out of the car. Obviously you can't hook the stock tire but I'm talking way past the point you put a tire on it. Look at your A/F ratio. If if drops lower than 10.5 your dumping fuel, going super rich, and killing power. Your also pulling timing. You can't hot lap the car at all. DA must be perfect. The saving grace is that the car can be tuned as well as the transmission and it will be very stout.
This car, plus fuel, fluids, + driver, is almost 4,800 pounds. They don't call them boats for nothing!! I think 8.7 is pretty fast for that much heft going down the road.
Should have skipped the widebody and got the standard Hellcat if you wanted to make those types of runs, aerodynamics, weight, tire rolling resistance comes into play with the widebody Hellcats. Nice looking car!
I don't like it when people say things like "should have skipped XYZ".... It's all about what a person wants. I wanted a widebody car. That's like me telling a hellcat owner "should have skipped buying the hellcat, and gotten a base model Mustang and thrown a Whipple on it"....see what I mean? It would destroy any hellcat for less money.
@MisterDragy Just saying the narrow body Hellcats are faster for those types of runs, so I didn't mean it like that. Also, I've had two Mustangs, a GT 5.0 and GT350 and they were not for me, I didn't like the lack of low end torque; love the old school pushrod V8's.
Both of you are right, the wide bodies are slower than the narrow bodies, and yeah my 10 speed 5.0 with a cheap ess supercharger on it is faster than a stock redeye for half the price but I get what you mean.
@markurbancowboy it's rare that a TH-cam commentor has actual proof of the things they claimed to own haha! Nice man! If you don't mind me asking what do you do for a living?

My NB 22 RE ran 10.26 @133 at the track with ET Street Rs, that’s a 7.21 60-130 with great DA. I obviously had much better traction! There’s a lot more in your car. Good luck.
@@MisterDragy Same here. I made my first and only draggy 60-130 hit the other day in my 2011 Mustang and went 5.9 with a T56 Magnum. DA was like 1580. I’m in North FL where the DA can be -1500 in Dec. Just moved here from Miami where the DA is always hot as balls. -1500 LOL. I’m going to put some Ethanol One in the tank for a moon shot.Lol

Hello, thanks for the video, I'm a brand new Subscriber. So a few things , Get new tires for the street. The Stock tires are useless for putting down any kind of times. A stock Hellcat on a tire at the Drag Strip in good weather and good prep is a stock 10 second car. Your looking at a 10.6-10.9 easy all day everyday. You also need to learn about the Supercharger Chiller, your intake temps are very high and another reason why these runs are what they are. Also does the car have at least 500 miles on it when you performed these tests? You are not at full power until after break in period of 500 miles. I hope these pulls where not performed under 500 miles. These cars need to broken in properly. I think once you learn the car, learn all the cool things they offer, you will realize how damn fast they are and can be. Simple mods on these cars , you can get to 1000 HP pretty easy even if your starting at the 707 or 717 HP range. Good luck my man, I'll be watching your upcoming videos.

@GloomToon Yikes! 163MPH isn't fast?..... and if equipped with carbon brakes, over 200MPH.
