I simply love everything about this home! I live alone, so I'd use one bedroom as a craft room, and still have a guest room for when company comes! I love all the outdoor space. Perfect!
This is by far the best floorplan I've found that's in harmony with what we want to build. I just wish it had a larger garage, a pantry, a linen closet, a different layout in the primary bath and room for a dresser and more closet space in the primary bedroom. Basically, I think it just needs to be a wider home by a few feet. I'm mad crazy in love with the porch areas though! And the floorplan (besides my particular desires) is absolutely fabulous! Truly do love this house!

Excellent design. Love the large kitchen and foyer. So many designs, you walk through the front door into the living room, which I don't like. The separate foyer is very good. 👍
It looks great. I would add 6’ both ways in the garage because I like to have shop space. A vaulted ceiling in the living rm/kitchen would make it feel much larger as well. I’m sure that could be added to the plans

The configuration of the rooms allows for a great deal of flexibility, and for my personal needs as a single female retiree, I would use the second bedroom as a library/study and probably lose the dining area in favor of having both a casual TV viewing section as well as a more contemplative couple of chairs & table around the fireplace. There is always the breakfast bar if one occasionally needed a surface to eat from. I would add a mop sink in the laundry room and convert the large glass wall in the current dining room into windows under which furniture could be placed. Lastly as I don't drive, I could convert the garage into a games room (billiard table, dart board etc.) making it easy for future owners to convert back if desired. That would still leave the exit from the kitchen as access to the porch area. Kudos to the designer for a well thought out floor plan, and thank you for providing the video.
This is a charming home! The only real change I would make is in the master bath. I would move the toilet so it is not in sight from outside the bathroom. I would move it to the corner where the shower is, and make the tub a walkin shower, probably expanded a little farther into the room.
LOVE the wrap-around porch! Liked almost all the design. Would rather have two sinks in master, and get rid of the tub in there. Instead have a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. I didn’t see where the furnance and hot water tank fits into the design. Maybe it was in the laundry room. Overall, a wonderful design! My husband and I could definitely live there.

I would close in the garage and have an office/sewing room, put a couple of windows in. #1 the house would be filled with car fumes and #2 there is not enough storage anywhere else. Love the design otherwise, great use of space, and to have a separate laundry room is gold!
Like this very much for a single disabled person, except for a missing pantry and more closet space but that can be arranged. Recognize that the disabled need easy access to extra groceries and a whole wardrobe for all seasons since we cannot go to basement storage areas.
Nice, nice, nice! The only thing I would change in this house is to cut on the terraces, leave only one terrace and a porch. And instead of the second terrace (the bigger one) add one more room with useful space for a library or a craft room, or even a wardrobe or storage.
What an intriguing design. It would have to be a custom build, because all the production and tract home builders would want the wraparound porch as interior square footage so they could maximize their asking price.
Nice for what it has but I would need extra space in the garage, storage for cleaning supplies, storage for sheets and towels. Did I miss the utilities room? It looks more like a fancy hotel than a regular home.
I absolutely love it. The only thing I would do would be expand the master bedroom out onto that lanai about 5 feet to make it a little larger. And enlarge that garage way too tight for two vehicles
Love this design. One change I would want is to remove the wall between the LR and DR so it was all open . DR as is looks to tight. Also pocket door where possible.
This is quite gorgeous! The floorplan is really good. I'd make a couple of changes in the bathrooms though. Since there's enough space, I'd put a tub/shower combo in the guest/hall bath. If guests want to take a tub bath, they shouldn't have to go through the master bedroom to the master bath to do so. And speaking of the master bath, I'd tuck the toilet behind the door, and put the sink where toilet is. Since there's not a WC, this provides a little more privacy for the person sitting on the toilet. The only way to remedy that issue is to totally reconfigure the room and put the toilet in a WC. This is a beautifully staged home. The furniture pieces are super nice. I would throw some more color in the living room, though! And maybe have ZERO white cabinetry throughout the home. I much prefer stained or painted wood in ANYTHING but white. I'm SO SICK of seeing white cabinetry that I could puke! (rant over!!) Outdoor space is truly stellar...love a wrap porch!! Really nice home overall...
