The first is a keto-like diet that avoids a lot of processed sugar and simple carbs in favour of eggs, fat, and animal protein. This has helped a lot with the weight fluctuations and bloating in particular. Another thing that seems to work wonders is Tongkat Ali. It’s helped with the joint pain, sleep disturbances, and general lack of energy. Their stress levels / cortisol seems to be well under control as well!
