Saturn conjunct sun in my 9th house, Pisces. Cancer rising. Heard somewhere that the Saturn energy “squashes” sun energy when it’s there. Makes so much sense to me now, always been a serious, somber person since childhood. Never had interest in playing with other kids. Always felt “invisible” and wanted to be. My partner says it’s difficult to see me look so nonexpressive and dull all the time. It takes a lot to pull that “sun” energy out of me and even then, it’s like I wanna revert back into Saturn where it’s comfortable. Now that I’m 28 years old, I’m picking up on the impact it’s made. I’ve seen how it has hurt a lot of people, including family, and impacted my professional impression. It’s very very hard for me, having these placements. On the bright side, I feel that it makes me a lifelong learner, always having a goal in mind. God willing, I continue to have supportive people surround me like my partner, to foster that sense of openness as I grow.
@@cutekitty760 thank you for sharing this from one Saturn Conj Sun person to another your description of how it has been for you is basically word for word exactly how it's been for me. It's a tough placement, it's hard for us to shine. But the positive is it suggests longevity and a late bloomer so even if things are difficult in the earlier parts of our lives we could shine and grow as we become older. And Saturn is strong too, even if we are too somber or hard on ourselves to see that.
I have this placement in cancer with a Capricorn 3rd house and I have chrion there lol 😅
