es, you can apply for jobs not listed on the green list and still obtain an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV). The only difference is that if your job is listed on the green list, you will have a guaranteed pathway to residency. For instance, if you are in a Tier 1 job, you can apply for Permanent Residency straight away, while if you are in a Tier 2 job, you have to wait for 2 years.
