Incredible is also and very close, Praia da Foz do Arelho, next to Caldas da Rainha and the imposing village of Óbidos. The unforgettable Lagoa de Óbidos, the most extensive coastal lagoon system on the Portuguese coast of enormous ecological importance and where it is possible to practice water sports activities throughout the year, namely: Sailing; Windsurfing; Canoeing; Rowing; Kiteboard; Jetski, Nautical Ski and Stand Up Paddle. Portugal, despite being small, has a multitude of beautiful places. Thanks - Obrigada
It's heavily crowded, the rents are higher then then the entire average salary. In the summer, you don't even have room to breathe. If you want to help to improve the situation here, just don't visit. People are overwhelmed with the situation.

Is it possible to get to mafra on public Transport?
I think we took an Uber there! It wasn't too expensive. But there is also a bus connection that takes you there from Ericeira
