  • A full walk-through of our new 6800 hardtop centre console boat built by Oceanic Fabrications in Western Australia and fitted out by ourselves.
    Explaining every detail and reasoning behind each decision for this boat build, with improvements on the things we learned from the last boat build. This is the ULTIMATE FISHING WEAPON for up north, and cannot wait to use it!
    We have a few videos throughout this boat build, so have a look through our older videos for more information on that, from painting, fit-out and the hull pick up from Aris at Oceanic Fabrications in Henderson WA.

      Thanks mate, thanks for watching, and I really appriciate your feedback.
      Over here in WA we dont really fish with live bait so wasnt really nessesary to add to the boat. If I fished over east then I would definately add a live bait tank:)

    Wicked build mate well thought out👍 you putting the logix bag on the boat? I got the 1250 bag wicked wicked bag, but spewing it's a little big for my boat. Didn't think it would be that big when you think 1200. But it's huge. Oh well just deal with it 😂👍🎣🎣

      Good review nice thought out boat practical and very nicely laid out ive seen similar boats at twice the price so your pricepoint is spot on nt over 200k like a lot of the others are a question how much does it weigh all up fuelled and loaded how much fresh water on board and i really like the bar round the motormercury make a 400v8look at that i own a merc and its great 2019mod your fuel economy is great and consider two v6s with four blade props youll hold better at sea following or running side on thank you for your vid well done 😊😊😊😊regards from n.s.w 😊

    Do you know if Oceanic Fab & Bill Plug will incorporate my hull design features how I want it or can I only select from the monohull designs they already have on their books?

    Your wrong about they don’t do a new engine in the V8 over 300hp! Try 450R V8 supercharged! Plenty of these burning around In USA 🇺🇸
    Try putting a Jack plate on your rig if your looking for better fuel burn 🔥

    • @excessivefishingaustralia2849
      @excessivefishingaustralia2849  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Like I said they don’t do a 350 in the new v8 platform. The 450r is a supercharged race bred engine. That is not in the same platform. I don’t want to go supercharged for what we do🍻

      15-25lb per HP is where you need to be! 15lb is a great benchmark and your right about mercury V6-V8 being the new benchmark for fuel burn. Good review Highly recommend Enertia eco in 16in dia or 4in-6in Jack plate if you want more mpg! Tight lines 🛥🦑🎣
