I hope Bethesda can flesh out the different races. I would love to customize tusk sizes on Orcs, Feathers and Horns on Argonians, Different patterns and colors for Kahjit.
If they do, I'd appreciate it if they could take some of the assets from ESO for TES6. ESO has such a wide variety of hairstyles, horns, accessories, and fashion for every race. It'd be sick if, in TES6, they had more racial customization options but also more racial fashion. Bro, if they actually gave us Sul'Xan or Mazzatun styled armor for Argonians in TES6, I'd be over the moon. Or if they gave us Dro-M'Athra stuff for Khajiit. Or, even if they acknowledged that some Orcs worship Trinimac and not Malacath. Bretons aren't always generic fantasy British people. They're also druids. I want that explored more in the next main series TES game. Otherwise, I'm just gonna keep playing ESO, where I CAN make my character look how I want.
ESO set the bar for customization absurdly high. TES6 is gonna have to have something just as good or better to be passable. even Skyrim's customization feels extremely lacking in comparison, and oblivion might as well have no customization at all.
its pretty refreshing seeing khajiit lore ^^ they're some of the most interesting cat based fantasy race I've seen in the medium. Especially when my turquoise is my fave color! Thanks for covering them~
The Khajiit are my favorite race of Tamriel. Every time I'm like "It'd be fun to play as an Orsimer", I immediately go "the Khajiit though.." Yeah no, I can't forsake them XD I even made my character from ESO an OC of mine, embroidered in mostly pink and black lmao
As a southeast Asian person, I also love Khajiit because of the cultural building that similar to my country. Seeing a building 1:00:57 like this bring so much comfort and feel like home :)
Yay! A video on the Khajiit! My favourite race. Thank you so much. It is a crime anyways I found you so late, because I never saw any other Elder Scrolls youtuber incorporating ESO's lore like I saw with you. Wish there was more like it, in the veins of WOW or Dark Souls lore videos.
Another neat compilation. The Khajiit have quite the elaborate biology & society in ES. Given their speaking pattern is cultural rather than biological, I do wonder how commonly ones speak normally under the *RED* banners of various Cyrodiilic Empires?
It would be prudent for ES6 to go into Elseweyr being there is more than the current events there. If it had Wrothgar, High Rock, Hammerfell and Elseweyr that would be crazy and a good gift to us all.
While probably not canon, in ESO North Elsweyr story, there is an event where magic forced the moons into an eclipse. This also caused changes to Khajiit born at that exact moment and there was a dialog pondering what to do with the children born on that day, especially when there will probably be another Mane born under "a false moon".
Thank you and as always you present excellent lore and general knowledge to those who needed to learn. The beloved cats have always been my favorite. 🙏thank you!
I want a forgotten Mane plot but I know it can't happen because of choosing multiple races, but imagine ur role in a game is to join the Army as a hero for Elswery because you are a forgotten Mane, that gives us the typical "Champion" title all TES games need as a hook
It’d be nice to actually hear other languages like Ta’agra being spoken in future Scrolls games, it’d add a lot of depth and realism to what is a multi-lingual world.
You can tell I’m a Khajiit lover because I spend nearly all my time playing eso just exploring and re-exploring both Northern and Southern Elsweyr. If you play on the North American server and see a Khajiit player riding around on a Glowgill Guar, chances are that’s me Speaking of Glowgill Guars, ive never seen another player have one lol
My most beloved tes character is Khari'Ra, a Cathay-rhat lycan (I decided that she looks similar to a sench when she transforms) on a quest to rescue her alfiq older brother, Ji'Zariik who unbeknownst to her was dead long before she even got close to finding him. I always have amethysts in her inventory bc I decided that purple was her brother's favourite colour.
You know what color I really love? Green. Does it surprise me that Khajiit find green eyes sexy? No it does not-the way sunlight interacts with various shades of green eyes on Earth can be so stunning when it hits them just right, and I'd imagine Magnuslight on Nirn working very similarly! Am I commenting at the end of the video? Did I bring up a favorite color entirely coincidentally? These are questions that no mortal can answer in this life.
I don't have a favourite colour but I do enjoy making weird comments..... this was a great video! Though I had hoped for a translation of the Khajiiti song from the singing mural in riverwood. There's a female and male Khajiit couple singing something about anequina, orcrest and senchal, only words I recognize in the song 🤔
I really like the idea of the Mane being like the medieval Papacy since the Pope often was a neutral third party who sometimes was very political and sometimes focused more on internal religious matters
@ImperialKnowledge, weren't there also the fox people Lilmothit and the bird people (I can't remember the names of the birds) on Tamriel during the time when the Atmorans, Yokudans, and Altmer were still on their continents?
It might just be me, but I always found musical traditions one of the more interesting lore areas that is kind of under cooked. I mean it makes sense I suppose when I sit back and think of things in terms of game design. That sort of throughput business model where generally "OMG, in Skyrim each hold has its own folksongs, stylings, dances, and instruments they use!" isn't going to move product. Or at least most wouldn't think it'd move product. Kind of that "We have to be responsible to the share holders and can't explain why we spent thousands of man hours and hired extra musical historians and theorists for something that isn't going to move product". But there's something nice about game worlds where things feel like life exists when you're not looking at it and aren't responding to you, you know? Sometimes that's little touches that Bethesda tries to do. Like in Oblivion seeing characters actually sit down for dinner at the end of their day. Though due to the time scaling it often feels weird when you realized their "Dinner" lasted for like 4 hours of chewing on a single carrot and an apple. And part of that is recognizing that in the sort of "True Scale" of the world... Riften should be so far from Whiterun that they'd have different songs they sing. While in game sure it's something you can run between them in like 8 in game hours suggesting that they're like 40-50 miles apart. In the sort of wider scale they're supposed to be more like 900 miles apart. So then ask if say a similar distance, Amsterdam to Barcelona, has the same culture, same songs, same music, same dances... I suppose you can say the unification of Tiber Septim's empire for so long helped "unify" cultures more. But it also doesn't kind of fit with the world where outside of the cities most of Tamriel is basically unclaimed wilderness with roving bandit clans, monsters, and animals that will straight up maul travelers to death, etc. I dunno. Odd thought. I'd like to see in the next game some more development in that sense. Make regions not just visually distinct (I love how Skyrim made each of the holds look different enough to be immediately recognizable as what they were), but also culturally distinct. Probably not in the cards. But I can hope.
My biological daughter Frey and I both have green eyes and extensive grooming regiments. She has the straightest whiskers you ever did see. What I shame I have no whiskers, we could have been the most attractive mother-daughter duo in tamriel.
M'aiq the Liar (from Morrowind and Oblivion) is, according to the naming conventions, a virgin. He is too wise to be an apprentice, too well traveled to be inexperienced, and he's clearly not a child. Therefore, the BLUE (in Oblivion) robed Khajiit must be a virgin. Makes sense, though, since he's always RUNNING AWAY.
I hope Bethesda can flesh out the different races. I would love to customize tusk sizes on Orcs, Feathers and Horns on Argonians, Different patterns and colors for Kahjit.
Horns on Bosmer, etc
If they do, I'd appreciate it if they could take some of the assets from ESO for TES6. ESO has such a wide variety of hairstyles, horns, accessories, and fashion for every race. That would require effort.
@@PhthaloGreenskinSo would reading the correct spelling of Khajiit from the title of this video...

Ive been planning a ttrpg based in skyrim and youve been dropping these as soon as my players have chosen their specific races. Genuine godsend
Just curious, what system are you using for this? 😺
I ask because I have ideas of my own.
This one's absolute favourite race! This one is also a great admirer of green eyes. Thank you so much for this video. Bright moons! 💚 ;)
its pretty refreshing seeing khajiit lore ^^ they're some of the most interesting cat based fantasy race I've seen in the medium. Especially when my turquoise is my fave color! Thanks for covering them~

BROTHER! I am so glad you are doing these videos! Can’t wait to see the other races
As a southeast Asian person, I also love Khajiit because of the cultural building that similar to my country. Seeing a building 1:00:57 like this bring so much comfort and feel like home :)
Thanks so much for these compilations, didnt realise how much I actually needed them since I can learn about a certain topic all in one place. Cheers
I like plain ol' green best. Good ol' middle of the visible light spectrum green. The G in RGB, that's the color for me. 😀
May your road lead you to warm sands
I don’t like sand, it’s course and rough and irritating, and it gets everywhere
@@heyguysjohnnyhere3827khajiit feels sorry for you

Khajit has wares
If you have coin...
Else wares
Couple of those Khajiit got more than just wares
I heard that their tales are very "flexible"

Gold is my favorite color an this is an amazing collaboration of infomration and hidden lore facts on the khajiit of elsweyr!
This video was amazing. I love khajiit, they are my favorite of the playable races in the Elder Scrolls series.
ESO did a really good job showing the other races of cat people, I never had a clue
good work, Professor. Had some new lore I had missed previously. Thanks! Favorites are difficult for me...
Man I sure wish there were PINK Khajits. It'd be really cool
They prob would have a jazzy tune!
Thank you and as always you present excellent lore and general knowledge to those who needed to learn. The beloved cats have always been my favorite. 🙏thank you!
I sorely hope you make a dunmer compilation soon, your stuff is always super in depth
I love these longer video i know we only have so much lore but i hope 6 really gives us what we want lore
Awesome video! I usually always play a khajiit. In ESO I always dye my armor my favorite color, purple.
I want a forgotten Mane plot but I know it can't happen because of choosing multiple races, but imagine ur role in a game is to join the Army as a hero for Elswery because you are a forgotten Mane, that gives us the typical "Champion" title all TES games need as a hook
You cant begin to imagine how happy your videos make me, thank you for all the effort you put into them!
Interesting,i love to play as a Khajiit in my gameplay
Love the khajit and it’s awesome of you to give us this info
Fantastic, your videos have been helping a new player understand the ES universe.
I like to think of the Ohmes as the Thundercats of the Elder Scrolls universe. *Blue*
Great video, barely knew anything about Khajiit before, now I feel I understand them better and might actually pick up ESO Elsweyr. Colour = pink btw.
Just watched my first video on this channel and this pops up crazy timing 🎉
Yeah mate, that's how youtube works

I’m here at the end! Thank you for these long videos I can binge at work
Wow perfectly explained. Thank you very much ❤
Awesome video king thank you for your amazing work!!

Favorite color is Purple. Weird comment for the end of the video.
Nord guys with khajiit wives.
great video about the blue cats of atmora 👍
I hope that in the Elder Scrolls VI we can have more options for customizing Khajiit characters. Being able to choose different Fur Stock.
Missed these videos, thank you!
A kajiit stole my sweet roll
Have you not played or looked at Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, both khajiit and argonians had digitigrade legs in that game.
You know what color I really love? Green. Does it surprise me that Khajiit find green eyes sexy? No it does not-the way sunlight interacts with various shades of green eyes on Earth can be so stunning when it hits them just right, and I'd imagine Magnuslight on Nirn working very similarly!

awesome video! ocean blue!
I bet it’s really uncomfortable for a kitty khajit mum to birth a tiger khajit kitten…. Loved the long video. Keep them up 🙃
This one's most favored color is purple as it glitters like amethyst on the light of the full moons

Its really to bad we cant make giant cats for our characters in ESO i can dream though
