Hi Devi, I love your videos and do them multiple times a week. I did notice that in the full body practices, there is not much focus on the arms, shoulders and upper back area. If you could possibly add some poses or variations which target those, I would be very grateful :) have a good one!

This was great. Do you remember a few months ago commenting on one of your videos saying half saddle hurt my SI joint? Well, now I am able to do full saddle, laying my entire weight back on blocks, for the entire time. It’s amazing!! And no SI pain! ❤
I 🥰 your classes. Your voice, the cueing , the sequencing is lovely!. I do like to play my own music, which varies everyday according to how I'm feeling. If you could consider making some classes without background music that would be much appreciated.

I ike to do snail pose on a bolster. And in half butterfly I put my foot against the knee and flip my hand under the leg and so my arms do touch the ground. Thx 😍🤩😍
