- Welcome team, today we take a peak at Pudding in OP08! Which quickly has become one of my favorite decks! Being able to ramp into 10 Cost Big mom on turn 4, is really strong! Can I survive at locals today vs some of the top players in VA area?

Welcome in Ladies & Gentlemen! Today we have a bunch of rounds at a Local spot here in VA, Centerville, Curio Cavern! Roughly 30 people this time around which is alot more than usual. Even so, lets watch me make a ton of misplays (probably) I'm only human. Hopefully we have some good rounds and I can dodge aggro decks...but I doubt it.
My toughest matchups thus far w/ Pudding are def Zooro and my own mistakes lol. I feel Pudding is very good atm in terms of the meta.
Hey Pawse have you tried running 4c Blocker Sanji instead of Pero for a more defensive build? I've been playing with Pudding a lot and love dropping the 8c Kat wombo combo. I keep flipping between 4c Sanji as a good blocker/swinger from life with coutner, and Pero being able to search for my big mom cards on KO.
@@Noddurz yeah I love pero here, the thing for me is that my opp typically won’t kill pero in fear of chaining big moms back to back.
But on the hand 4c is nice off trigger, but I feel brulee already does good enough, minus the attacking part ofc.
I'm a little bit scared of playing against this deck!!!

Being able to end turn on 8 don rdy for 10c mom on turn 3 is spooky

@@iMarduk I try my best. I told you all, sept 25th and onward, expect a ton of locals games. I wanna appeal to multi audiences :)

Mhm... the background noises are irritating. I know it's more effort to record and commentate afterwards, but I think the videos would be much better
personally I prefer the raw audio from the locals
@@Hanaronxd I also prefer raw audio. Recording over videos is lazy asf content. It’s boring and not exciting. “Listen to me talk over a pre recorded game” is just not my thing. I also love interacting with my opp… so I enjoy this much more.

@@diecurrywurst5739 I guess locals just aren’t for you than. I’d personally hate watching recorded over commentary.
@@PawsePlays my thoughts exactly. Hearing everyone around you have conversation, hearing you and your opponent converse, all of that creates a very nice atmosphere for a video
