Adding an opponent’s character to life is optional, not sure if you did that just because she wont be able to ko anything later on or if because you thought it was forced

Doffy probably would have won that match if they kept the pudding in hand. Use it makes you have a new random 5 then go 11k with unlockable leader. Small misplay from opponent there.

King is very interesting for me as I like leaders that could use skill each turn cycle, so if I ever build it or play it on sim will shamelessly copy your list, thanks a bunch. Looking forward to robin content

I’ve toyed around with adding roughly the same amount of +2k counters, about 16-17. And swapping in SEC Kaido Linlin, having the ability to combo with Sabo blocker against super swarmy decks puts you at board advantage very quickly. Combining that with Sanji blocker means you can drop sanji after using SEC Kaido Linlin for 3 don the next turn, but the set up takes a while and needs a perfect Onigashima curve. This is definitely a late game setup leader, I don’t think many leaders have this unique ability to last into the late game when played correctly.

I went in Paris regio with King as I said in a previous video. I went 1-9 Before anything you have to know that I only saw 2 out of 22 mulligan onigashima in my first or second turn (knowing that i was then playin 4 search event, 2 queen search, and of course 4 onigashim + 2 card from draw because I went 2 second almost every game + first card in life ) Game one against Perona BUT the neat part is that it was more of a green perona with Yamato 5c secret Perona 4c black and kept aggro because it was his playstyle and really wasnt ready for this. Game 2 Zoro Game 3 Zoro Game 4 BY Luffy i did what i had to do and bottom life his garp then his 4c kuzan even tho i did not had onigashima and won Game 5 still no onigashima and this time mo big body also despite not attacking them in the beginning i lost without i actually get to play Game 6 against Marco i managed to stay alive clean their board ( still no oni of course) gain more life and go for game BUT ( and i swear on anything i have) when was going for lethal, a judge stopted and because it was time.. Game 7 Nami I do not attack unless they only have a few don active and i have multiple 9k+ attack. I also play one copy of linlinkaido for nami and yellow this one of the few missplay because i should had wait to put them at 2 life before playin it but i didnt, i played it on curve with the gameplan to use leader effect every turn to not use LinDo effect when attacking but i get red rock. And it wasn't that much of a problem because i had jack and a who's who on board to attack and they had only 4 don active so they lose 2 lives this turn. I lost because they managed to defend a 18k + 5 +5 and drew like 20 cards in one turn. Maybe i should have wait for more bigbodies. ( oh and of course i had onigashima on every mulligan..) Game 8 Then Reiju with a ichiji per turn Same game 9 ( + 2 onigashima per mulligan) Then of course a Zoro to end. It was a terrible experience. Not being able to play was awful. I played in side event after and it was almost the same. I only saw 2 lucci and fun enough it was the easiest games of the weekend. The game was really trying to redeem itself: it was the same game : won dice roll , went second play search then onigashima then jack then kuzan and it was pretty much over. I even got a isshou. So yeah i agree on almost everything you said, King has a respond to almost anything in the meta and my list isn't far from yours but as some of my friend said " King in this meta relly need to find the right card in the right matchup" Anyways I'll stay in the King hype train but i will be playin more of pluffy and bpluffy in op09. (Not that draw any better with those leaders to be fair)

Thank you for enlightening me on the Sanji 2k, I would have never thought about utilizing him with King. What are your thoughts on 8c Sabo for King as well?

Welcome in Ladies & Gentlemen! Today we're diving into my OP08 King Deck list & Guide. This will be a much longer form of a video, I'll try to go over everything that comes to mind in this short time. Be mindful, my voice is coming back, so it may go in and out during the video. In any case if you feel I didnt cover something, please check out some of my previous King deck builds. I try to touch on most of the important points here in this video. Let alone tons of content here on the channel from Sim to live games, w/ King vs Meta. I have some King Vs Bonney coming up. Wins/loses along w/ other meta decks vs king. I do hope I answered alot of questions with this video, or opened the door for you to ask questions. I know I may of forgot to cover some cards, so go easy on me. In my personal experience, I deem king a good solid deck. HE DOES HAVE BAD MATCHUPS! But he also has tons of good matchups in the current meta game. You gotta finish the whole kaido effect of trashing and discarding before the op decides if they trash life to save enel, their decision might change if they see the life before discarding

Love the tweaks you gave been making to this leader, that was a great match. Out grinding Enel. All those discarded Raigo were detrimental to him, he couldn’t remove any of your board aside from just swinging

Why did you choose to hold Kuzan for so long? I felt you could have controlled board a lot easier if you got him down earlier

Welcome in ladies & gentlemen! Today's game is going to be a rough one, playing against this leader is very tricky! It's grindy, but we can get it done if we see the cards we need. Kaido, is a big key into the enel matchup. Along w/ seeing atleast 1 big mom, that way when we go for game we can put any card on the bottom of their life. Enel does have some scary things to consider, you CANNOT keep stacking big mom's and healing enel. ONLY use Bigmom to keep enel at 2-3 life, if you do it anymore they have the ability to pop cards using Yamato! Kaido is very key here! Seeing atleast 1-2 for the force trash & trash a card in hand is huge!

In such a removal effect heavy meta, would denjiro not make more sense than nekomamushi? I'm thinking by the time you cheat him out with hiyori, your opp should have taken enough damage to protect him from removal with your leader effect

If I was to give u my deck list do u think u could try it out and give me a review of it (I currently have no way of playing the sim and there’s no locals near me)
