- Welcome team, today we take a peak at Pudding in OP08! Which quickly has become one of my favorite decks! Being able to ramp into 10 Cost Big mom on turn 4, is really strong! Can I survive at locals today vs some of the top players in VA area?

Welcome in Ladies' & Gentlemen, get ready for a stomp! Zooro is so hard to deal with as Puddin' I feel we have to see bege/blockers and maybe 0 cost event to get the W. The board pressure is insane! I tried my best, but fell short during round 2. Maybe next time I'll get better.

Zooro is just "please dont hurt me" as puddin, any other deck ok. But goodness I tried lol

@@AlfrePR yeah mostly Zoro, we can handle a lot of other decks. Although I don’t have testing into belo betty, but we rarely see that one lol

@@PawsePlays nope, keep an early body and a blocker that allows me to use my ramp 2 times (no need more ramp going second)
I think your build is a little weird. I’m not a fan of Perospero in this deck, I find it hard to justify. Sure the search is nice, but there’s never really a good time to put it down. I feel like Kikunojo/Mr.2/Ms. All Sunday should go in that spot. Or if aggro becomes a serious issue in the meta then 2c Shirahoshi seems viable. A blocker that nets a life if removed, functionally blocking anyway.
I also don’t see any 10c Aces or 9c Moms.
@@RappingRain never liked Mr 2, useless here if played right with pudding. He’s rested by every green deck, useless in black.
Sunday helps at times, but I never once have felt “man I wish I got Sunday off trigger or in hand”
Never play tested kiku, but hurts my search chances on pudding / 1c searcher, and it’s rather irrelevant when I can simply slap down kata 6c / 7c linlin or pero.
@@PawsePlaysI like 8C kata in the deck, thinking about throwing him in, do you run baby kata too?
I also think 7 mom and pero are cards that can go. Usually you hit a ramp card in your opener so going first you’ll always be at 9 by turn 3. And second you’ll be at 10 on four so timing for 7mom is weird.
@@RappingRain I also don’t like ace. He’s not needed. Theirs never an option to go 10c mom > Ace, if you just go mom, mom. Ace is when you’re losing.
