Seafood Markets are amazing. And smell so good - simply fresh!! So to have your meal cooked right then and there just has to be some of the best seafood you will ever eat.. 😊
I love the Sydney fish markets. Amazing fish. Pretty much all the fish for sale goes through the syd market first, for all of Australia. So it’s one of the best places to get fresh seafood you haven’t caught yourself.
@@cameroncutforth829 not really. When fresh it’s on par with beef/chicken/pork. When frozen it’s cheaper. And if you’re really into it.. catch yourself. Rather more expensive to “catch” a cow
Good on you for choosing Nicholas seafood! My favourite place for seafood at the Sydney Fish Market. They have the best Singapore chilli sauce for crabs. And they do have steamed rice at their hot bar for $5! Please come back to Australia. You’ll need to check out other cities. I hope you went to Cabramatta this trip. Little Vietnam 🇻🇳and Little Chinatown in Burwood 🇨🇳
Looks awesome! I would have totally cleaned all the meat out of the lobster, clams, prawns and crab. Then, stick it all on top of the noodles in quarters.
Remember that the public access area is only a small percentage of the market. If you look across at the new one being built next door, you’ll see how big it’ll be when they pack everything into the one building.
Mikey you are showing amazing seafood. All the seafood is huge and the way it's cooked strengthens my desire to eat. Thank you for showing the large crab meat as I probably will never visit Australia. I would love to eat that size crab but haven't had the opportunity. Thanks again. ❤🎉😊
Most definitely don’t ! Otherwise the Americans here would know what we are talking about in the tangy sauces. Let’s just say you have better Mexican/South American food than we do and Australia/New Zealand is better for Asian food than in US because of geographical location. Thats how I compare it.
This is what I'd ask for my last meal ever. Australia's food seems to have come a long way since I was an exchange student in 1991. Vegemite and Vinegar with Salt Potato Chips were the most exotic things I had back then, but maybe I was just too busy and poor to focus much on the food scene as a high school student. Now you could go there just for the food. Australia is a once in a life time destination for anyone who loves to travel. The only thing is that the country is so huge and diverse, that even if you lived there and traveled your whole adult life, you probably wouldn't see and do everything half of everything. Great episode though Mike.
Mikey, every video you release I just get more and more curious what your workout regiment is. Because there is no way your metabolism and video editing time dilation can explain all this food.
What the heck.. I've been a cook for over 10 years.. and having prawns or shrimp, we would always discard the tail and legs..but you just ate like a potato chip.. goes to show I still have much to learn
Hey bro I'm a massive fan 🎉 if your ever in Townsville far north Queensland you must try the PANDA @ STOCKLAND NOODLES RANGE'S PS ITS WONDERFUL YOU MUST TRY ITS DELICIOUS HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
I’m starving all of a sudden! That looked fabulous Mike ..what a place to 👍

It’s the best time to sleep at 3-4 am after watching videos like these.
I like to wake up at 4 a.m.

Looks amazing. I feel like the world needs to learn how to eat seafood from you 😋
Australia has some of the best seafood in the world ☺️ I think we take it for granted sometimes
So expensive, unfortunately.
@@cameroncutforth829 depends which state - SA, WA and TAS has
pretty reasonable prices at places.

I don't care for crab too much, but you're making me want to eat some now, Mike! Your enthusiasm about it is infectious, for sure.

I pick crab over lobster anyday.
Me too
@@dianagiles9467 Yeah it's tastier.
I agree
At some point lobster just tastes like a giant prawn - crab meat however 😮💨
I choose steak! I'm allergic to crustaceans lol 🤧 puts a real damper on my desire to go to Asia
Loving these Australia vlogs
Finally got something delicious to eat while watching. 😏

I love salted egg, I fell in love in China with it
If I ever go there I'll make sure to bring a side of freshly cooked hot rice.
I don’t understand how it’s the largest, I went there last week and it was not that big at all
Remember that the public access area is only a small percentage of the market. If you look across at the new one being built next door, you’ll see how big it’ll be when they pack everything into the one building.
Ok, you’ve convinced me to go to Australia. Lol
This dude been to tsukiji market but says he’s never seen so many types of seafood in his life 😅
Same way whatever he eats is one of the best things ever.. 😂
$600 for breakfast. Nice
It’s Sydney - best known for seafood restaurants. Never cheap
It’s for his TH-cam channel. He normally wouldn’t spend that much I’m sure.

I’m over here eating Oreos and watching dayz videos on TH-cam and I get a notification. Already liked cause I know it’s good stuff.
Can someone let Mikey know that a wedding ring is not meant to be worn on your knuckle 🎉😂
Ain't your call, bud.
The quality of that seafood market looks impressive.
It’s all fantastic quality!
By far my favourite food review video this year. Mouth watering. Thanks for the great content, my man!
Amazing!💜
Well, if this isn't perfect timing! Having dinner with Mikey!
It’s 3 am in Colorado and I’m watching you eat 😅

New drinking game............. Every time you say UMAMI I will have a shot....... 8 minutes in and I am getting drunk!!!!
Where in Australia was this? So beautiful
Sydney right in the city
You should slow down when filming, so people can see the items properly 😔
I thought this was Asia until I saw the price tags.
Oceania so you weren't too far off😅
so delicious
I LOVE watching you eat.
This man can drink water and say it has UMAMI
i think my biggest problem with sea food is that i dont eat it enough to actually know how too properly eat it, watching your videos helps a ton!
Crab is amazing! Thanks For this! Love your content ❤️❤️🦀🦀🦀🦀
glad to see you touring the pasific.
The noodles cooked with the lobster is called E-fu noodles
Clams ❤❤
Umami
Use some food scissors to cut open the head antenna to get out the goodies😋
They might not have had them for the public.
Drinking Game:
Take a shot every time:
• He says, umami.
• Shakes his head, "No," when meaning that what he's eating is delicious.
Nice place but price is very high there. Considering the food you've consumed I can easily see over $1000 spending.
Do they sell those sauces in the USA.??what would it be called.
Most definitely don’t ! Otherwise the Americans here would know what we are talking about in the tangy sauces.

No regret watching this during midnight, even my stomach grumble but I lost my appetite due to common cold.
Mike, stop telling everyone how go we have it here in Australia. We don't want the secret getting out.
I’ve been super depressed lately with stuff going on in my life rn but your videos always cheer me up. Thanks buddy.
Mikey, every video you release I just get more and more curious what your workout regiment is. Because there is no way your metabolism and video editing time dilation can explain all this food.
Delicious bro 🌮
Watching your videos brings me joy
Mud-crab is the best
I’ve never seen it so empty before what time were you there 😂
9 in the afternoon
It’s always empty or not many people early morning

You can get all kinds of seafood around the world but only prepared in Cantonese style is the only way to bring out the best results.
Thats the way to start the day 😂😂
Super delightful yummy im hungry now!!!
