@PhysioMSK guitar and piano. Happened on Friday night so 6 days ago. No guitar for 3 months. I can do a bit of piano but very awkward. I'm in two gigging bands. I have a splint fitted now and it feels very secure.
@@pipwatford I’m glad you’ve got quick and corrrect treatment. I know it’s awkward at the moment but hopefully you’ll be back playing in a few weeks. Musicians are one of the few groups of people who can struggle if this doesn’t heel so it’s really important that byou follow the splinting regime carefully. Best of luck.

How to fix lag? Should i tear my tendon again to restart splint process to fix lag?
No that won’t work. If you’ve missed the window for it to heel then it will stay as it is.
