Love this so thankyou too all involved ❤️ . I first came too Brighton in 1988. Why go abroad when we have so many beautiful places including Brighton and Hove too name but a couple. I visited on Thursday last 16/05/2024 ..from Bournemouth, Dorset. Well done 👏 too the people off Brighton for keeping this city nice and clean . Cant wait too visit again ❤❤❤❤

@@jammyjolly1401 Why hating? It's called British conservationism. Masterpiece through time.

@@jammyjolly1401 I understand your point of view, I like change too. But it is something interesting about the British and how they keep their cities rarely touched by change; which is not bad since I have seen countries changing and changing and changing again and there's not much culture left in them. Just like the US. It might look modern and cool, but in the long term it loses value. Personal opinion, cheers!

love to travel back to 1850, crying shame how the planners are destroying these places, to think the council had plans to demolish the royal pavilion in 1940, madness

I was born and live in Brighton, so much nicer in the 80's. It's just dirty and run down now.

No it wasn't, churchill square was awful and there were loads of derelict/run down areas of the town. It's not a clean city by any means but it wasn't then, it is much more vibrant now though. Rose tinted glasses me thinks.

@@AW-wf4tx But there weren't beggars living in tents in North Street and drug dealers on street corners.
