Brandon Campbell Diamond why not just send it back? I know it's big but I just sent back a Swiss bar for $18. Maybe they'll ship that for $50. As far as the back goes, try static holds on the back extension. That helped enormously for me
David Whitney Training & Nutrition tbh it would be a bigger pain to ship it back. It weighs 250lbs, the original boxes and styrofoam disintegrated so I’d have to buy more. It’s not worth the $100 less I’m selling it for. Plus my buddy who is local wants it so I’m happy to hook him up!

Hassan Junaid just body weight Anything you can do to exercise a lower back, where your feet are not connected to the ground is a benefit it’s completely reverse to the stress of your body normally has on it. Normally you exercise your back with your feet planted, this evens it out, swinging your feet whether or not on the ground is a back exercise in all ways

Yeah they're a waste of money. Back hyperextension or glute ham devices are cheaper and won't actually put your spine into flexion making your back worse. I don't know how anyone's back feels better after using this. Made my back feel worse.
Dude, it is the only thing that brought my back from can't walk to 440 good mornings!... Reverse Hyper 1) who gives a rats ass how big it is 2) it will save your spine and rehab it 3) I trained on the original Simmons Hyper for a coupler of grand plus
@@BasementBrandon so why not actually give the equipment more than 2 days of use and make a video of your experience with it? You bashed a product because you basement is small.. looking for clicks made you look dumb..
Good review and it’s true what you say IF you don’t have back problems. If you have bulging/herniated disc however, it’s definitely worth it (I have the rogue). Every time I use it it’s like an adjustment at the chiropractor so that alone gives me all the reason I need to have it. But if bought “to increase strength” or whatever other than therapy, yup, not worth it.
That's the thing though too, I know a lot of people who had back issues that bought one and said it either does nothing or made it worse, but then again some swear by it. Interesting how the feedback varies so much.
You can tell Brandon doesn't' have chronic back pain. If he did he'd never make a statement like "I don't care if it's a miracle worker." I'm happy with my Rogue version, even though I agree that it's huge and does literally one thing.
I bought this exact piece of equipment. I use it 4 days a week. I love it. It is big and I have a pretty small space, but it is also versatile. I do the reverse hypers 3-4 time/week, but I also use it for hamstring curls, rows, and even for calf raises. The quality is pretty high considering the cost, though the welds are generally ugly and the grip tape is peeling on one side. But that said, I have not been disappointed with any purchase Ive made from Titan so far with maybe the exception of their multigrip camber bar. Thats just because it isn’t as versatile as the EliteFTS multigrip camber bar. But it is half the price and it does get used.
Have been debating getting a reverse hyper for like 6 months. Never pulled the trigger on it bc I didnt want to have buyer's remorse for your exact reasons. Worth the review. Not ever going to order one. 👍🏻
I received three Titan boxes in the mail today. The Safety Squat Bar was falling out of the box, but undamaged. The leg curl/extension box was ripped and the piece closest to the tear was covered in rust dust. The H-PND, only one of the two boxes showed up thus far, but it was the only one completed sealed. I don't know what's in the other box. The one that showed up seems heavy enough to have everything. The rack that I ordered from amazon, now 22 days ago, is still not here. It's been sitting on Long Island for 10 days. Maybe they want me to go pick it up. I don't know.
That’s what I love about your channel man - total honesty. I ordered one as well, and looking forward to using it, although not looking forward to the space it’s gonna eat in my garage. Looking forward to some gains though!
Brandon Yes, the boxes were falling apart but thankfully everything was intact. This thing does take up a huge amount of space in my garage, so I’m hoping the strength gains are worth it!
Yeah, that thing is huge for a home gym...I thought I remember seeing strength shop with some sort of compact version of it? I could be mistaken though... But more interestingly, why the hell can't Titan have an intact cardboard box for their shipments?...even little things I have bought from them look like the box came out of an active warzone..is their warehouse like that opening scene in Ace Ventura where he just beats the hell out of the delivery box? I always know my Titan equipment has arrived when I get to my porch and it looks like a dog has attacked the box
I think it's one of those things where you need to have done it before in another gym, really liked it, and then created the home gym, then purchased it. It would probably be easier to buy the back extension rack. The footprint on those is like 24x24"
Funny just saw this bought Rogue Westside Reverse Hyper Scout that folds up and out of the way this week love it so far and since out of the way rest of the time no big deal was only 275 so quite happy with it. I feel it has improved my back strength and I like how it stretches back. One arm rowing with it feels good too sort of like rowing with barbell in henny strap. I'm going to use it for a few weeks and then as warmup before heavier squats or deadlifts. I agree one that is super heavy and can NOT be moved or stored would SUCK.
@@BasementBrandon I agree with your comments if I hadn't hurt my back would have never bought it. Mine folds up and can be moved but weighs 100lbs pain to move around.
I appreciate the honest review. I'm not in the market for a reverse hyper, but videos like this along with countless other Titan reviews lets me know I shouldn't even consider them. At my age, I'd rather pay more money and not deal with the frustration of an inferior product or having to deal with customer support.
I think with some of their racks it's a harder decision, even for this hyper, I don't know if I could suggest spending so much on rogue, but def agree with the overall thought of buy nice or buy twice.
So I have to ask, what made you not want to try the Rogue attachment for the rack? Was the Titan one smaller? Base price is about the same, but you can at least store some stuff under the front of the in-rack setup.
With the rack attachable version the price delivered to me would be about $750, also it attaches to the back of my rack, so I'd have to account for the extra space of the pad and handles, which would put my rack about 3-4 feet further into the center of the room.
What’s your thoughts on a frankenhyper design? Still a big footprint but at least it’s a two for one kind of thing. The main downside I see is the massive price tag.
I enjoy your channel so my critique here isn't to troll. I've never used a reverse hyper but I'm intrigued by the concept. I think anyone who's dealt with significant back pain would argue that $400-600 and some occupied floor space would be negligible factors if it was in fact a miracle worker. You like a tidy gym, we get it. Lol. Keep up the good work.
I think the issue is that it's a hit or miss piece in terms of effectiveness (no real science to support) so it's 50/50 if you'll like it or not. Unless you've had access to one and know for sure you'll use it I don't think it's a worthwhile gamble. At least now there are affordably hybrid RH/GHDs for not much more.
I have Titans sitting calve raise machine. It came intact, nothing damaged and was put together with ease. The only things I have found with this particular equipment was the Olympic plate bar extensions are junk and the weight lift is greater than what I was doing with a smith machine. So to conclude, I like the sitting calve raise but will pass up the economic hyper machine. Thank you.
Brandon Campbell Diamond overall though probably makes more sense than a full unit like this. Wouldn’t you really just need to have enough space for the handles to clear the wall? Which still is a foot or two I suppose further than what your plates need.
dustinmcd91 i think both the pad and the handles extend out so I’d assume about 4 feet, which would make my rack just out way too much. I think those are best for racks that are open on both ends in a gym
If you have back problems like bulging discs . This is probably the best thing out there for bulging discs . Helped me massively. I personally would throw everything else out of my gym to keep this if I didn't have the room . His back can't be that bad.
I would never spend my money on one of these. Main reasons: too big. pricey, not enough usage, doesn't do enough, overrated, and I love my space. (not the website lol) My garage gym has plenty of space and I avoid specialty machines at all cost. Well the only specialty machine I own is a calf machine, got it for $99 from Titan. I use it 3-4 times a week, but other than that I stick to machines that I will use often and can be used for a variety of lifts. Sell that immediately bro.
Thinking of selling my Titan Economy Reverse Hyper. This thing is plenty big and strong can handle anything I'm certain, but not sure I see anymore benefit over the roman chair and quite possibly more back aggravation. Mine arrived from Titan in quite pristine packaging. Welds were ok/fine, but that's chinese welding as a whole...
Man, everything you described is exactly what it's like to buy Titan products. I'm still a fan, but there's a lot of things I just can't bring myself to buy from them. For instance, the Atlas bar... for another $50, you can get an Echo 2.0 bar and you know that's good. Every time the atlas goes on sale, I want to try it, but I just think of Titan's terrible packaging and think better of it. The quality issues you mentioned have pretty much shown up in every single titan product I've bought that has any complexity at all to it. (And not talking much complexity, here.) Was on the fence between getting a Thompson fat pad or a Titan knock-off. Your video reminded me that sometimes even at 1/3 the cost, you want the real thing. Especially if the purpose of what you're buying is to prevent injury.
Would you use the space that this takes up for a GHR? It probably takes up about the same amount but has... 2 functions? I ask cuz I have very limited space and debate the issues this video brings up. Thx again.
Any thoughts on the Scout? I don't have space for a full size hyper in the garage, but the Scout would be fine. Sounds like I'd only be able to load it for 15-20+ rep sets, but that was more of what I wanted it for anyway.
Thanks for the video, dude. I thought about grabbing one a while back when I was having debilitating low/mid back tightness. I'm now thankful I didn't go that route because, MY GOD, that thing is massive. Check out the body tempering implements out there. I bought a step child from Rob Heselton who makes them for Donnie, and it completely changed my life. Takes up basically no footprint too, which is great!
I built one instead of buying one, and what i have to say about it is, i use it for a warm up and cool down. Every day before i train 3 sets of 20 with 100lbs it gets blood in the low back and hips. I work all day on my feet so it helps loosen up my back and hips for training with a heavy bar. My hips always feel a lot better and cuts back on the warm up time with the barbell. Saying that it takes up a lot a space for one thing is kinda funny to me when the main thing in power lifting is squat bench and deadlift. If i can buy a tool that helps me get better by even 1% its a win. Leg press thats about all you can do with that, flat bench press thats about it, back extension machine all you can do with it, but they all work for there purpose. Its more of if thats a tool you need or not for what your trying to build.
Brandon Campbell Diamond yeah i understand your reasoning, i have bought and got rid of things as well but just never so fast. but you know its just one of them things i guess if it just doesnt feel right then there is no point in keeping it around. Over all i liked the review and honesty blunt and to the point. 👍
I've followed you for a while now and seen just about all of your review videos... this one you seem a bit more disappointed and frustrated (whether with yourself for purchasing it or with Titan for being cheap). Would you say this is your #1 biggest regret purchase you've made to date?
Jacob Zomberg tough to say. I’m glad I got this for the price I paid as I always kind of wondered what owning one would be like. However I really questioned buying it during the process so I wish I just trusted my gut.
I believe when ordering the equipment the dimensions are provided, so I guess what is most important to learn from this video is to check the dimensions before you buy, know what it is used for and decided if that is something you need, and often the cheapest product is the cheapest construction. Do your research before you spend $$. I have a West Side reverse hyper that I have had for years and it is very durable, has been great for my back health and strength. It is used very often and operates as well now as it did the day I got it.
Thank you! Sorry it didn't work out. Sometimes it is hard to tell without actually trying to go to use it and then realize there was no need for it. I made a mistake with the half rack I bought. Not sure where to sell it besides craigslist :( What are your thoughts on leg press machine for home? Any recs? Trying to figure out if it is worth it or not?
I know this is pretty new to me this reverse hyper bench What's the difference between hyperextension bench ???? Can't you do weight training exercises to mimic the same thing as this machine ???
I signed up at a gym because it has a Rogue Reverse Hyper. And I never use it. I find that safety-bar "good mornings" rehabilitate my lower back much more effectively.
Great review as I was thinking about getting one. However, just FYI you can’t patent a name like reverse hyper. You can trademark the name which is probably what Louie did. Also if it was a design patent then the protection lasts 14 years from when it issued/granted as a design patent and if it was a utility patent then its 20 years from when the application was filed.
Ok, I get that it isn't practical to take up so much space for a one trick pony. BUT... can you offer suggestions for how to do reverse hypers on other pieces of equipment?
Why does it matter so much that it takes up space? I would have tried it out for a lot longer, space vs a possible rehab miracle I would have stayed with it. I messed up my si joint deadlifting and this has been a God send.
My titan ghd came in a couple weeks ago. Box came beat to shit and nuts and bolts everywhere. Took about 90 minutes build but surprisingly please with it. Very sturdy but the padding is bleh. Powder coating is garbage but whatever. But for only $300 can't complain.
Our reverse hyper is one of the least used pieces of equipment at Massenomics Gym. It was popular when new (just like anything new)... but the use of the reverse hyper really dropped off... there’s a few people that still use it, but it’s mostly a water bottle table now.
Masseconomics....same thing I've seen at every gym that has had one. Even the people that were diehard fans after a short period of time never use it I bought into the hype and tried despite it being a total waste many many times.
Man, when having things made overseas particularly with Chinese manufacturers they will turn out the absolute best product they can for the first couple runs and then quality starts to become a big issue. To save a few bucks they start skimping the little things until you end up with a once decent but now crappy product. -David
That has been the opposite of my experience. From what I've seen they are more likely to put out a crappy product that looks good on paper but has a bunch of design flaws. Once a bunch of people buy it because it's half the price of the established brands, and basically act as beta testers, they listen to all the complaints and fix things in the later batches. This was well documented with the Titan T-3 rack, you can find youtube videos from a few years ago showing all sorts of problems with it, almost all of which have been corrected over time. I've seen the same pattern with Chinese manufacturers in other industries as well (lighting equipment for photography).
TimK, I think a lot of that with the T-3 came from Titan investing in travel overseas to inspect product manufacturing and quality before it shipped. When you have a fully time quality guy from your company inspecting before shipments leave you can maintain or increase quality... but as more products come on line it again becomes impossible to inspect all product lines before they ship. Thinking back... the only time I have seen products improve over time without a man on sight, standing over watching, has been when the overall industry has improved. Plastics for example.... for many years very few places produced good grades of plastic. That industry improved and now most counties product quality plastic. As a result the quality of product that contain plastic has improved. -David
Seems really hit or miss. I think part of the issue is there's no way to consistently do quality control checks. Of course the better companies send people over every few months, but still it's like the wild west out there.
I really don't understand the fascination with these things and the amount of videos on them. Personally, I have the standard roman chair/hyperextension BECAUSE it helps me with back issues and it helps with that. And even then, I look at it about once a month and think to myself: Do I really want to allocate so much space to this thing- particularly wall space, which is at more of premium in home and garage gyms? And mine is no where near as big as this one is (that's what she said). Too large, too specific, limited use- for anyone building a home gym, these are questions you need to ask yourself with every purchase. Trust me- and if you don't trust me, trust Brandon- the space will run out much faster than you think.
Not sure if you still have this, if so any chance on a review video now that you've had a chance to use it? Titan sells an economy version, which is the most I'd be willing to pay for such specialized equipment, but only if it actually improves low back pain. Any insight would help as I have no place nearby I can try this before I buy.
Had it for around 5 months and was using it regularly as part of my programming. That being said, I didn't find it provided enough return to keep, so I sold it at the end of december.
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve gotten more out of ham and glute work that wasn’t on my reverse hyper than when I did use it heavily. I don’t think you’re missing out on much
I'm buying the Archon fitness squat rack with lat pulldown/seated row. Instead of buying a reverse hyper ext. I'm going to make a simple 2 2 by 4s and put it on the safety stand in the squat rack and there you go. Go on alphadsetiny's TH-cam channel and watch his DIY reverse hyper ext.
Two days ago the gym where I go picked up this contraption called a Booty Builder hip thrust machine. Even in a large gym it takes up a big chunk of floor space. I guess it makes sense, because hip thrusts have become extremely popular among girls, as the exercise builds their rear ends.
Never having bought a piece of gym equipment, based of his brief description of Titan and their shipping quality and actual product quality, why do people still buy from them? Is it purely price based?
Brandon Campbell Diamond what happened to the buy cheap by twice rule? Would have thought a home gym is a lifetime investment, may as well pay to have be last a lifetime
In this instance it's more of how big of a difference it was in price. I wouldn't have bought a new one from Rogue, the lower price point here was enough to sway me.
I built one as well check it out on my channel, its not bad i like it. Cant really compare it to a manufacture one because i dont have the money to buy one, but i can really feel it in the groin and inner thigh i also have a long upper body so the low back really feels it.
This video cracks me up. We have a guy here saying that the reverse wasn’t worth buying because it takes up to much space. Shed me a tear. This is the number one piece of equipment that works for actual lifters. Not for some guy that’s upset he couldn’t get his invite to westside so he could actually workout at a real gym. The strongest gym in the world. Obviously you don’t like to put the work in so maybe you better sell your reverse hyper
I just fail to see the point of reverse hypers when they work the exact same muscles as a regular old back extension... be it a horizontal or 45 degree back extension. If people want to use it for "rehab" the benefits the RH have is the extra hip flexion... mainly from momentum. Also reduced lumbar flexion. Which if you just did back extensions properly while engaging your core - you shouldn't have much lumbar flexion either.... AKA hyperextending your back. I feel like I've could get the same benefits from getting a Roman chair or 45 degree back extension bench (much smaller) and then put like an Ivmnversion table in their bedroom or other room of their house and hang from their ankles a few minutes a day to decompress their fucked up backs for the rehab aspect of this RH. Because that's all i see this doing as the weight pulls your legs under the table.... it pulls your lower back ... aka... decompresses it. Just hang from your ankles on an inversion table and achieve the exact same thing.
“COKE NAILS “ love it Brandon👍🏽😂😂 I also have a lot of buyers remorse 🤦🏽♂️ I’ve been contemplating on a titan weight tree ? But now I will just check OfferUp till I find a rogue one 😉 thanks for the help🧡 the content

Have fun moving those boxes, they're heavy lol. Especially if they're torn open like mine and shit is falling out when you carry them!
Brandon Yes, the boxes were falling apart but thankfully everything was intact. This thing does take up a huge amount of space in my garage, so I’m hoping the strength gains are worth it!
@@markstevenmeneses hey Mark care to give an update? Thinking about adding one to the garage soon
After years of watching your videos I never thought I'd see the day you turned down something because "it was too big"
Must be getting old
Yeah, that thing is huge for a home gym...I thought I remember seeing strength shop with some sort of compact version of it? I could be mistaken though...
But more interestingly, why the hell can't Titan have an intact cardboard box for their shipments?...even little things I have bought from them look like the box came out of an active warzone..is their warehouse like that opening scene in Ace Ventura where he just beats the hell out of the delivery box?
I always know my Titan equipment has arrived when I get to my porch and it looks like a dog has attacked the box
Yeah if they found a way to improve the shipping experience I think you'd see a lot less complaints overall about them.
I’m selling the set of steak knives I just bought because all it does is cut steaks ....
Should prob spend more time thinking of a better analogy lol.
One can never have too many stabby things...
Really wish you would have labeled your video accurately. A simple, hey it’s too big would have saved us all some time.
The video title can't get any more accurate.
I think it's one of those things where you need to have done it before in another gym, really liked it, and then created the home gym, then purchased it. It would probably be easier to buy the back extension rack. The footprint on those is like 24x24"
the one for the back of the rack is much larger than that still and costs $750.
I wasn’t clear: do you or do you not want the reverse hyper?
lol
Funny just saw this bought Rogue Westside Reverse Hyper Scout that folds up and out of the way this week love it so far and since out of the way rest of the time no big deal was only 275 so quite happy with it. I feel it has improved my back strength and I like how it stretches back. One arm rowing with it feels good too sort of like rowing with barbell in henny strap. I'm going to use it for a few weeks and then as warmup before heavier squats or deadlifts. I agree one that is super heavy and can NOT be moved or stored would SUCK.
Glad you're getting some use out of it!
Brandon Campbell Diamond Sounds like time to build a pole barn!
What’s your thoughts on a frankenhyper design? Still a big footprint but at least it’s a two for one kind of thing. The main downside I see is the massive price tag.
Have heard it does neither thing that well.
@@BasementBrandon that's fair. I would definitely want to get a few sessions in before I committed to buying one.
Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback!
THAT intro made me a subscriber! Already like this dude.
Lol appreciate that.
I want them to make a rack mounted option, would be nice if I ever expand my rack to a T6 size
I looked at rogues but that would make my rack take up even more room :(
Brandon Campbell Diamond overall though probably makes more sense than a full unit like this.
They do make rack mount option.
If you have back problems like bulging discs . This is probably the best thing out there for bulging discs . Helped me massively. I personally would throw everything else out of my gym to keep this if I didn't have the room . His back can't be that bad.
The problem is you'll find just as many people with similar issues who said the RH made it worse.
Every body's back is different. What might help me might not help someone else. That's the big problem with back pain . 👍
Thank you. Just saved me $600. I got caught up in the hype and considering it! I love you channel. 100%
I know times are weird right now but if you get a chance, always try before you buy this thing!
I dont think the portable cant handle more weight. But I also think this is lame because even though its big, it doesnt have the tilt function.
True
Best standing desk I've EVER had 👊
Makes a great phone holder.
I would never spend my money on one of these. Main reasons: too big. pricey, not enough usage, doesn't do enough, overrated, and I love my space. (not the website lol)
My garage gym has plenty of space and I avoid specialty machines at all cost. Well the only specialty machine I own is a calf machine, got it for $99 from Titan. I use it 3-4 times a week, but other than that I stick to machines that I will use often and can be used for a variety of lifts. Sell that immediately bro.
appreciate the feedback!
Yeah I really find it hit or miss. For those it misses for it just eats up too much space.
(And not talking much complexity, here.)
Was on the fence between getting a Thompson fat pad or a Titan knock-off. Your video reminded me that sometimes even at 1/3 the cost, you want the real thing. Especially if the purpose of what you're buying is to prevent injury.
I can recommend the Rep Fitness fat pad, it's solid!
Brandon Campbell Diamond d'oh! The fat pad is on its way. Would probably have tried the rep. That's a great price!
Would you use the space that this takes up for a GHR? It probably takes up about the same amount but has... 2 functions? I ask cuz I have very limited space and debate the issues this video brings up. Thx again.
I'm definitely not as sure as I was before. I thought I wanted a GHD but am reconsidering.a
Always appreciate your objective no-nonsense reviews. Thanks Brandon.
Thanks my dude!
Any thoughts on the Scout? I don't have space for a full size hyper in the garage, but the Scout would be fine. Sounds like I'd only be able to load it for 15-20+ rep sets, but that was more of what I wanted it for anyway.
Have heard good things but I just don't find a RH useful for myself.
Thanks brother. Adding to my gym and was considering this thing...you saved me some money.
Any time! Some love it, some hate it. I'd try to get some use with one before making the decision.
Garage Gym Lab live and learn I guess, shoulda went with my gut!
I regret getting one should’ve got a lat pulldown
MY GOD that thing is massive...nuff said
Why would you buy a step child? Just go find a single mother, they are all over the place...
Your massive clock... Is that a countdown timer as well? If so, what brand? Looks neat
It's just a clock with date/time/temp
I just don't seeing this having the same carry over for myself.
Hi Brandon, what are your thoughts on the Rogue Donkey? Is it worth the space?
I think if you're looking to combine the two to save some space (it's still huge) and don't mind the $, then it could be a good option.
I already stated in the video I knew the dimensions.
Thank you! Sorry it didn't work out. Sometimes it is hard to tell without actually trying to go to use it and then realize there was no need for it. I made a mistake with the half rack I bought. Not sure where to sell it besides craigslist :(
What are your thoughts on leg press machine for home? Any recs? Trying to figure out if it is worth it or not?
I'd say look 2nd hand. Facebook, craigslist, and a few other apps for mobile are great for searching
I know this is pretty new to me this reverse hyper bench
What's the difference between hyperextension bench ????
Can't you do weight training exercises to mimic the same thing as this machine ???
You can do some similar movements, but not quite the same.
I signed up at a gym because it has a Rogue Reverse Hyper. And I never use it. I find that safety-bar "good mornings" rehabilitate my lower back much more effectively.
Nice!
There ya go, that's what I meant ;)
Brandon what's your day-to-day job?
to put it simply, I'm in charge of the training programs for a division of my company.
Jack shit is his answer 😂 lucky duck
Sounds like Rogue is paying him. I don’t believe him.
When I made this I had a Titan affilate code lol.
Ok, I get that it isn't practical to take up so much space for a one trick pony. BUT... can you offer suggestions for how to do reverse hypers on other pieces of equipment?
As long as you have a high enough bench, you can use bands around your ankles to simulate.
Why does it matter so much that it takes up space? I would have tried it out for a lot longer, space vs a possible rehab miracle I would have stayed with it. I messed up my si joint deadlifting and this has been a God send.
wasn't worth it to me!
My titan ghd came in a couple weeks ago. Box came beat to shit and nuts and bolts everywhere. Took about 90 minutes build but surprisingly please with it. Very sturdy but the padding is bleh. Powder coating is garbage but whatever. But for only $300 can't complain.
Nice! That's one of the things I hear a split of 50/50 good and bad on. Some say theirs wobbles bad, others say it's solid.
All I heard in this video was...my wife made me get rid of my "reverse hyper"...jk!
lol
Surely if it actually is a miracle for your back, it's worth it
But is it worth the gamble on cost and space only to find out it's not?
@@BasementBrandon Well luckily for me I neither have the space nor the money for that gamble
Our reverse hyper is one of the least used pieces of equipment at Massenomics Gym. It was popular when new (just like anything new)... but the use of the reverse hyper really dropped off... there’s a few people that still use it, but it’s mostly a water bottle table now.
haha yeah haven't seen one in a gym that didn't have a few shakers/phones on it!
I love that thing. Its a lot better than the one I made out of wood in my basement...
Because they are sheeple. Streng comes from your core and core is much more than a six pack.
Masseconomics....same thing I've seen at every gym that has had one. Even the people that were diehard fans after a short period of time never use it
I bought into the hype and tried despite it being a total waste many many times.
I got a 45 degree hyper and I like it! It’s probably more compact than this thing though.
Most def, but different purposes.
Brandon u ever planning on going to jujis gym or would you go if he they payed for your travel
TBH I don't think I'm a big enough draw these days for others to want me.
I think the promise of being a miracle worker is enough for people wanting to try.
I understand that it takes up so much space but my question is what else were you going to do with that space? Just leave it empty or what?
I'm always looking to add/change things down here to make it as efficient and as fun for me as possible. This thing eliminates both.
@@BasementBrandon Ok, thanks for the feedback.
I have had Rogue boxes arrive with parts hanging out of the box. Really ticks me off.
Sorry to hear!
What kind of weirdo has a home gym, then puts a tv in his home gym to watch TH-cam videos of himself working out??
Gavril Loken prob the same kind of weirdo who did it as a joke but then some people watching dont get it 😆
Gavril Loken no shit ...creepy as fuck
I find it funny ironic. Unlike the one in the living room where he forces company to watch his work out videos. That's just vane! Lol
Didn't you do an ig poll about if u should buy this?? I voted no, jusss saying 🤣
mgarozzoSMG you were in the minority 😂
Brandon Campbell Diamond hahahaha you got a Glute ham raise or nawh?
no sir
what you think of the westside scout hyper from rogue? do you think is worth it?
I don't find reverse hypers beneficial
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve gotten more out of ham and glute work that wasn’t on my reverse hyper than when I did use it heavily. I don’t think you’re missing out on much
Right on, appreciate the insight.
Right on man!
Brandon the type of guy who watches his video reviews that just so happen to show him squatting in the background, while squatting! 💪
Need the views!
@@BasementBrandon good way to do the it! 👍
Two days ago the gym where I go picked up this contraption called a Booty Builder hip thrust machine. Even in a large gym it takes up a big chunk of floor space. I guess it makes sense, because hip thrusts have become extremely popular among girls, as the exercise builds their rear ends.
Like the one brett contreras sells?
Never having bought a piece of gym equipment, based of his brief description of Titan and their shipping quality and actual product quality, why do people still buy from them? Is it purely price based?
Yep!
Brandon Campbell Diamond and instant buyers remorse it seems, love your content btw
Alphadestiny made a DIY reverse hyper tutorial, check it out
Paul Does he do cheat reps on it? Lmao
GarageGymReviews has instructions on one you can make with wood and like $100-$200 as well!
Brandon Campbell Diamond ok thanks, i will look it up!
Paul just attach a band to a ghr. Works at least as well as what he did, probably better.
Do you even lift?
I think diy Nordic curls/inverse leg curls with bands have better carryover than reverse hypers!
Nice
Brandon, can you please tell me where you got that Miller Lift poster? It has a special meaning to me.
Masseconmics
Brandon Campbell Diamond Thank you so much!
Yeah TBH I prefer extensions on my GHD if I want to do something for my lower back.
Brandon what did you put on your ceiling to cover the insulation?
Think it was just some vapor barrier I got off Amazon or from Home Depot.
“COKE NAILS “ love it Brandon👍🏽😂😂
I also have a lot of buyers remorse 🤦🏽♂️ I’ve been contemplating on a titan weight tree ? But now I will just check OfferUp till I find a rogue one 😉 thanks for the help🧡 the content
Thanks for taking a look!
Worked wonders for my back and hips, I warm up on a reverse hypers just to lift
nice.
Damn, I was thinking about buying the X-3 Rack.
You even did a review on it which inspired me to get it.
Have any unchanged thoughts about that?
Also the video all about Titan that you mentioned in the later half of the video, you should release it.
Vent to us bby.
I think the X-3 rack is more functional piece of equipment where as this hyper is not
If you had to choose one, would you choose the reverse hyper or back hyperextension?
Prob RH, more you can do with it.
